Now that I've moved away from Boston, I appreciate this dental office even more. I've yet to find another one where the standards for good dental hygiene are as high. My new dentist was super impressed by the crowns Dr. O'Toole put on my lateral incisors -- she called them "completely flawless." I'm tempted to travel back to Boston in the future should I need any serious dental work done. Keep up the excellent work!

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Nikkholgh and ended up in the ER after a procedure. Took me months to get back into another dentist chair. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else for your care.

Dr David Kim was the one that treated me. I couldn't be more impressed with his knowledge, confidence and kindness. He took over my very difficult case and made me feel at ease. Thank you Dr Kim!
The office is absolutely beautifull and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.

My hygienist Linda is the reason I go to DPB. I have to travel from the South Shore to get there but her care and demeanor make it worth the trip.

Friendly, responsive and professional…Dr Guzman and Lisa are great! I came in with a problem in the morning, they figured what needed to be done, had me come back the same afternoon and sorted me out. Very happy!

Even if going to a dentist right now seems risky, especially as I am in the high risk category for Covid I felt completely safe with Dental Partners. You don't need to touch anything, not even in the elevator you just need to scan the QR image you get before your visit. In the office are everywhere hand sanitizer, signs on the floor for social distancing, cover for your shoes etc. and employees all wearing mask etc., Conclusion: all necessary measurements taken and more than the requirements demand.
And of course, as always I was very satisfied with the dental care, the reason I came in the first place.

There is a reason that this place has 4.6 stars (deceivingly high) instead of a perfect 5.0 stars. The dentists here are aggressive, manipulative, and out to steal your money. Most importantly, I know for a fact that Dr. Guzman did not act in my best interest at all.

At first glance, the Dental Partners of Boston appears to be a clean, friendly, and state of the art environment for dental services with a high-end clientele. Little did I know that Dr. Guzman is a trickster.

Allow me to explain:
I saw Dr. Guzman on April 14th, 2021. He asked his assistant to take X-rays of my teeth, which took over 90 minutes because of continuous failed and blurry X-rays. These X-rays plus the initial consultation cost me $433 USD, which is a significant amount-- especially given that when I asked for my X-rays to be given to me, the Dental Partners of Boston were deliberately uncooperative, giving me copies of X-rays that were so small in size and some still blurry that another dentist I consulted had to retake the X-rays.

Subsequently, upon examining the X-rays, Dr. Guzman told me I needed extraction and bone grafting on two teeth. He stated that both were unsalvageable. However, I did not believe him that my upper, innermost right tooth was unsalvageable. Consequently, I consulted not just another, but two more dentists and an endodontist. Both of the two other dentists informed me that extraction is the EXTREME LAST RESORT-- saving your original teeth is always the far superior option-- and my upper, innermost right tooth is potentially salvageable-- pending further examination from an endodontist.

Therefore, I attempted to make an appointment with an endodontist at the Dental Partners of Boston. The Dental Partners of Boston was not happy at all with my decision to obtain an opinion from their own endodontist to see if a root canal was possible. Consequently, they informed me that I must follow Dr. Guzman's plan for both teeth extractions then consider a root canal, which obviously does not make any sense because if I extracted both teeth, how could a root canal be performed. I insisted on seeing the endodontist at the Dental Partners of Boston, which led to this evil organization deciding to move my teeth cleaning appointment to coincide with the appoint with the endodontist so that I am unable to see the endodontist.

Hence, I decided to visit a different endodontist at a different clinic. After taking new X-rays--because the ones the Dental Partners of Boston provided were deliberately barely readable, this new endodontist immediately was honest with me. My tooth was salvageable after all! Despite the fact that he would not have made any money from me unless I allowed him to perform a root canal on my tooth, he informed me that I had two options: extraction or root canal. I chose to save my tooth with a root canal, which he performed on the very same day of the initial consultation. I experienced no pain and my tooth was saved despite Dr. Guzman's insistence that it could not be saved.

Thus, I am forced to conclude that Dr. Guzman is either incompetent or does not want to act in my best interest because he would not have made any money from me if I wanted a root canal.

I strongly suggest that you stay away from the Dental Partners of Boston and seek dental care from another clinic that will actually act in your best dental health interest.

Top notch professional dental services from a large team of talented individuals. Followed my dentist to this practice several years ago and have used the services of other members of the practice as my needs expanded.

They are amazing, super organized, clean, kind, and supportive. Been going here for ten years. Even more impressed with their work to protect everyone during COVID-19 - Prudential Tower temperature check, then booties for shoes, sanitizer, mouth rinse, etc. Highly recommend!
