Prudential Dental has transformed my fear of going to the dentist into a pleasant experience. The front desk staff has always been very professional and extremely helpful, always greet me with a nice smile. Dr. Gheddaf Dam is a very knowledgeable and patient dentist. I highly recommend this dental office.

Prudential Dental Associates consistently meets my needs! Went in for a dental cleaning today and was in and out within an hour. Grateful for their high quality of care and to have been a patient for 2 years.

I had a dental emergency and was referred to Prudential by a friend who is a patient of Dr. Ghedaff-Dam. My call to the office was returned promptly and by Dr. Gheddaf Dam herself. She prescribed antibiotics & extra strength ibuprofen and scheduled an appointment. All my questions about COVID protocols were answered by staff beforehand and they were all faithfully observed when I arrived. Everyone in the office does a fantastic job of ensuring patient comfort and safety - not an easy thing to do during a pandemic. Dr. Ghedaff-Dam is an extraordinary dentist; skilled, kind and patient. My comfort, especially during the procedure, was her priority. Just by its nature, the procedure could have been very painful, but she made sure it wasn’t. Post-procedure, I did not experience a moment of pain or discomfort. This is my new dentist! I never write reviews, but they really deserve to be acknowledged. Highly recommend!

Lauren has been my hygienist for a few years now and I refuse to go to anyone else. I called recently for a cleaning and she was booked months out but others were available immediately, I said I would wait, that’s how good Lauren is. She has always made me feel comfortable and is truly good at what she does. She probably cares about my oral hygiene more than I do and I’m lucky to have her as my hygienist.

The office is clean and the staff is professional, friendly and always helpful. If you’re looking for a good dental office than this is the place to go. Ask for Lauren, you’ll be happy you did.

The employees at Prudential Dental are wonderful, from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists and dentists. I have been going to Prudential Dental for the past five years, and their customer service and quality of work has been consistently satisfactory, particularly after their change in management. The spaces are clean and inviting, and the hygienists are very friendly and give great advice on oral health practices and products. I'm moving soon, and Prudential Dental is definitely something I'll miss about Boston!

I just had a dental implant done at this office and I am very pleased with how it turned out. Dr. Hamasat Gheddaf Dam is truly an expert and my implant looks beautiful. No one can tell that i have an implant there as it looks identical to my other teeth. I would also recommend this office for other dental services you may need such as fillings and cleanings, I have gone for a cleaning and the staff were very good.

I am 4 months into a lengthy and complex treatment plan with Dr Hamasat Gheddaf Dam in charge and I feel like I could not be in better hands. I had a lot of questions leading up to the start of the procedure. Dr Gheddaf Dam and her staff were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and could not be more courteous. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions. As a result, there were no surprises, I knew exactly what to expect for all phases of the lengthy treatment. I knew the estimated cost, expected recovery times, roughly how much time off would be needed, ways my day to day will be different, and much more. A lot of that was because of my endless questions, but they were with me every step of the way; providing detailed answers to my questions and being honest about things they couldn’t predict.
After my first major procedure in the treatment plan, Dr Gheddaf Dam reached out to me personally to make sure I was ok and recovery was going as it should the day after. To this day I am still surprised that happened. She reached out the 2nd day as well! That kind of exceptional service I am not used to. It’s making this experience a lot better than I expected.

Since my second major procedure in the treatment plan, there were various occasions when I needed to be seen on short notice. I would either call the office the day before or the morning of. Every single time, Prudential Dental Associates found a way to fit me into their schedule and work with me to solve whatever the problem is. I have seen every doctor at the practice by now, along with various assistants, who all provide the exceptional quality of service as could be expected from Dr. Gheddaf Dam. Even on last minute appointments, I have never been rushed out of a chair.

I would recommend this practice to anyone. Prudential Dental Associates is the best multi-specialty clinic I have ever been to.

The staff at Prudential Dental are truly professional and do a great job of alleviating the stress that comes with a dental visit. From offering headphones to listen to music to facial massages after a filling, I can't recommend them enough. If you are unhappy with your current dentist, definitely give them a try.

New patient…Easy and effortless new patient registration. helpful front desk staff to help expedite the registration and insurance process . Dental staff pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer questions. All in all an excellent experience so far.

I am very impressed by the knowledge and experience of everyone in this office. My hygenist and dentist make sure that my experience is comfortable. The hygenist clearly has the knowledge of a physician herself. She is, of course, clear that she cannot diagnose, but she clearly answered my questions with reference to published studies and probability. The dentist who treats me is kind, offering far more treatment options than my previous dentist had done. Furthermore, the technology in this office is far beyond anything I had seen before. A first-class operation in a great location ... with treatment rooms overlooking Copley Square!
