My husband and I love this practice so much that even though we have moved away from Boston, we take the train in for our dentist appointments because we can't bear to go anywhere else.

We have both been going here since Dr. Gheddaf Dam bought the practice, which was I think 6 or 7 years ago. I have had a few fillings replaced and an onlay done by her, and my husband has had fillings and an implant. We are so loyal because of her level of skill, training, and attention to details. The onlay she did on my tooth was beautiful, it feels strong and like my own tooth and has no pain. Dr. Gheddaf Dam was trained in Switzerland and taught as a professor as Tufts dental school before buying this practice. She is open about her reasoning when she recommends a procedure, what materials and methods she uses. She is conservative in the sense that she tries to preserve the live tooth as much as possible, but proactive when fillings are wearing out. I had minor tooth pain and sensitivity for years before coming to her, which now I don't have any. And this secondary to the skill, but she is incredibly warm and caring. I actually look forward to my dental visits to be able to say hello.

Additionally, I also love my hygienist, Lauren. She is gentle and relaxed and puts people at ease. Under her coaching and recommendations for floss, wash etc., my sensitivity has pretty much disappeared and gums are healthier.

Finally, everyone at this practice from receptionists to doctors is kind, friendly, good at their job, and it seems to be a place where people are happy to work, which says a lot.

I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and Prudential Dental was recommended to me by a friend. I was worried about going to the dentist after such a long time. I was worried about how they would treat me or what they would say. But I couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received. Everyone made me feel very welcome and made sure I wasn't nervous. Lauren did a great job with my cleaning and she explained everything she was doing and made sure I was never uncomfortable. When I had some cavities filled Dr. G made sure everything was quick and painless. I am so glad I found Prudential Dental, they are amazing!

Prudential dental is a great place for dental care. The office is clean, professional, and efficient. The staff are great. They're happy to help and always welcome you with a smile, and they make getting dental care easy to do, easy to schedule, and easy to remember with reminders. The office's electronic records and technology is up to date at all times, and the people are trustworthy. More than you could ask for in any office. I'd recommend them without reservation. Dr. Senatore is the utmost professional and Lauren, my hygienist, makes cleanings painless.

I have been going to Prudential Dental for over 15 years and I have always been treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect. I have had all types of work done from simple cleanings to gum surgery and I can say the level of service has been excellent. I have spent many hours in the chair with Dr. Annie Amsalem, Dr. Hamasat Gheddaf Dam, Dr. Senatore, and (going way back) Dr. Adeli and they have always explained things in a clear and concise manner and gave me all options. I am happy with the services they offer and would recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I've had a really great experience here with Dr. Senatore, Dr. Gheddaf Dam, and the wonderful staff members. I'm very anxious when it comes to medical procedures - especially dental. Both Dr Senatore and Dr. Gheddaf Dam were incredibly understanding and explained the procedures and options really well. The didn't make me feel ashamed of the state of my teeth or scared of the pain at all and both procedures were almost painless. Which is still baffling to me. The staffers are so lovely and kind and work hard to make your visit as relaxing as possible. Really happy that I found this dental practice and I've recommended friends and family to see them as well.

I've have been a client for over 3 years and the staff knows me by name and is always happy to see me. More importantly on more than one occasion they have taken the time to explain my insurance benefits in detail and help me pay the minimum possible in all situations. On another occasion I was late to my appointment and they found a way to squeeze me in, rather that reschedule. They really care about their patients and I feel among friends when I visit. I highly recommend them.

Professional, excellent service, and communication. The office was particularly helpful in communicating during the Covid-19 crisis. When dentist offices were able to open, I was scheduled and in within two days. The safety precautions were well-managed, and the entire team is so pleasant and friendly.

Great practice, my hygienist is super friendly but very thorough from gum exam through to fluoride polish. I've been their client since it was started over 10+ yrs plus. Dentists and hygienists come and go but their customer centric service is first rate. Oh, they also uses the latest equipment and technology too.
