I was in this office twice last week! The first day (and my first time there) I went in for my semi annual cleaning. My hygienist was Lauren - I cannot speak highly enough about not only her great personality but also about her thoroughness and clearly good understanding of hygiene (and the mouth in general!). It was a great experience.

Dr Senatore did my exam. He was also very thorough, sweet and a great communicator. He patiently answered all my questions, went through my X-rays and suggested follow ups. Which included a next day visit for a filing. The following day I went in for a painless, quick experience. I almost fell asleep during the filing! The staff makes you feel right at home.

Today, almost a week later, I am in no pain or discomfort. I look forward to my next visit... Weird, I know.

I moved from Germany to Boston 3 years ago. I got recommendation for a dental office in South End. End of January this year I got a crown There. Since then my gum has been bleeding. The doctor couldn’t tell me the reason. She suggested me to get implant. I went to see periodontist from the same dental office, he gave me antibiotics. But it did not help. Today we went to Prudential Dental Associates. They are truly amazing. When Lauren Montana did x-ray, she figured out that the leftover cement for the crown formed horns that cut into my gum and cause bleeding. Lauren did also a fantastic job for my teeth cleaning. Dr. Richard Senatore is very competent, knowledgeable, pragmatic and pleasant. I can not be happier that I found them.

By recommendation, I started going to Prudential Dental as I felt my long time dentist wasn't properly caring for my periodontal disease. I walked into a beautiful office setting, greeted by a smiling office staff member, Jenn, who was very informative and made sure I understood what was/wasn't covered by my insurance.
Lauren, the hygienist, was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and explained my deep cleaning to me thoroughly and what is required to get my gums healthy again. They use digital x rays and Lauren explained the pictures to me while sitting in the chair before proceeding with my cleaning.
On another visit Dr.Senatore fitted me with a crown. He also was very pleasant and professional, making sure I understood everything during each step. It's the best fitted crown in my mouth.
It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Gheddaf Dam during my visit. I now understand why everyone smiles in that office. She's very caring and values her employees.
I would highly recommend this office, especially for anyone who may experience dental anxiety. Everyone there will put you at ease.

This is the most wonderful practice! Absolutely everyone that I have interacted with has been so incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. My dentist, Dr. Gheddaf Dam, is WONDERFUL and has been very helpful and insightful. They also have a lot of Covid precautions in place, which helps me to feel very safe when I'm there. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

This is the first Dentist office I've ever enjoyed going to. I'm not sure I could ask for more. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time because I hated prior experiences. However, I had a ton to catch up on and my experience with Prudential Dental has been fantastic. The staff is friendly, everything runs on time, they are very transparent with charges, they help me every time I have a question. I don't think you could find a better place for dental care. I'm sad to be moving back to Ohio. Thanks for all of your great care guys! You all have been great to my wife and I!

I've been going to Prudential Dental for a few years now (twice during COVID) and absolutely love my experience every time. It's hard to find a dental office you don't dread going to, but I've found it. The staff is always friendly and facility spotless. I HIGHLY recommend my hygienist Lauren, she's amazing!!

I love coming to the dentist, more specifically I love coming to Prudential Dental. The entire staff is so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Lauren is amazing! She always makes me feel like I’m seeing an old friend and does a great job at cleaning and identifying potential problems. Dr. Senatore is also amazing, he makes me feel comfortable and I know that he’s not trying to “push” me into any procedures or services that are unnecessary. I love that they have your X-rays to view as they walk you through your oral health, you can see what they are talking about. Having a cavity addressed is a very pleasant experience as they talk you through the process and work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend if looking for a dentist in Boston. Their downtown location is also extremely easy to get too!

I want to sincerely thank Dr Gheddaf Dam and her assistant, Claudia Brandao, for their expert care and treatment they provided during a recent visit - and for that matter, over the course of the past three years I've been a patient of theirs. As everyone knows, most people avoid the dentist out of fear of pain and discomfort and I have to say that the staff at PD is professional, comforting, and caring, and importantly, do great work - because of that, I'll always trust them with all of my dental needs.

I have A LOT of dental anxiety. When the dentist I went to for 20 years retired, I was terrified to find a new one. But a friend of a friend recommended Prudential Dental and I am so glad they did. Everyone here is super nice and super understanding of my anxiety. They explain everything and they treat me kindly and patiently when I get upset. The offices are also very nice and welcoming and the location is extremely convenient, which also helps.

Lauren is wonderful. Thanks to her amazing professional skill and empathetic approach to her job my wife no longer has to take medication in order to make it through her dental visits. Lauren is sweet, caring and amazing at her job. Dr. Dam and the front desk staff are also kind and so helpful. Thank you all so much for being so amazing.
