Wow, what a phenomenal experience! This is the first time I've ever left a dentist's office and thought "I'm actually looking forward to going back." Dr. Schwartz-Hinds and his team were fantastic. I have a complicated dental history and Dr. Schwartz-Hinds was able to correctly diagnose the unusual condition I had just by looking at my x-rays! Back in January I had three separate dentists who looked at the same thing and were not able to make a diagnosis until after I underwent an invasive biopsy. I wish he had been my dentist then.
As a scientist, I deeply appreciate when my medical team helps me understand what evidence they're using to make a recommendation/diagnosis. Dr. Schwartz-Hinds understands this. He used a camera to show me the points of decay on my teeth so I would understand which cavities needed to be filled, and which could be watched. I found this illuminating and very confidence-inspiring.
Finally, everyone was so kind and personable! I really enjoyed talking with (and listening to) Dr. Schwartz-Hinds while he diligently scraped away at my teeth. He is the kind of person you could easily imagine being friends with.
I cannot recommend this practice enough. Please, do yourself a favor, and make the switch!

The place is welcoming/clean and the staff is super nice! Been going there for years and always come out of the dentist office satisfied. Alicia always takes the time to ask how I’m doing, and how my life has been since I last saw them (and yes they actually do remember what I was up to since I last saw them) and Dr. Schwartz-Hinds is very polite and professional.

Have been coming to this office for 15+ years since I was a kid, even during times when I lived an hour away! This is your classic full service friendly neighborhood dentist office. I used to see Dr. Pereira until she retired recently, but the new Dr. Schwartz-Hinds has been great too. This place has all the things I look for in medical/dental practices: helpful staff, well trained medical professionals, and efficiency. The front desk staff are friendly and responsive, they always answer phone or get back to you when needed. The hygienists are also amazing (shoutout to Alicia!) and somehow they always seem to run on time, I don’t remember waiting more than 10 min to been seen for an appt. I like the text reminders for appts too. Even though there is no dedicated parking lot, you’re always able to easily park out front on the street at a meter. Only thing I can’t speak to is the off-hours or emergency dental service as I’ve never needed it. If you’re in need of a new general dentist, check this place out!

This place is great. Dr Pereira and Dr S-H are upbeat and very professional. Sandra has to be the worlds best dental hygienist (and the easiest to talk to). They have done it all for me from cleanings to fillings to grind guards and even an implant. If you can believe it, I actually look forward to going to the dentist when I come here.
