I went in for an appointment today and saw Alicia the hygienist for a cleaning, she was absolutely wonderful! Alicia ensured me of safety procedures due to COVID-19, and made sure I knew exactly what she was doing during my appointment, she was extremely patient with me— as I am a nervous wreck at the dentist. I then saw Dr. Schwartz-Hinds for a filling, and I cannot say better things about him either! What a professional and kind dentist. He explained the filling to me, made sure I was aware of what would be happening, and allowed me to go at my own pace, (with breaks taken if needed) he made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back for another cleaning and follow-up fillings, the kindness and cleanliness alone will bring me back in!

I love this practice so much! Alicia and Dr. Schwartz-Hinds always make me feel so comfortable and take the time to explain everything throughly. They have more up to date technology than my former practice so now I am able to see photos of my teeth and really understand what’s going on in there. I used to be so nervous before going to a dentist appointment but now that I am a patient here I feel so much more at ease. Cannot recommend them enough!

The waiting area ambiance is one of natural wood and contemporary decor (a playful canvas image of a happy go lucky pup and the ubiquitous latin laden credentials) making for a professional yet comfortable first impression.
The front desk staff presented with a warm, disarming welcome, calling me by my preferred name while cheerfully welcoming me in. The normally laborious task of reviewing previous medical history was pleasantly expeditious.
The personal touches - inquiring about my family by name - was warm, genuine, and heartfelt.
The hygienist, Sandra, was the consummate professional with chair side manner only matched in quality by her skill honed by years of experience. The cleaning was thorough without the feeling of being rushed nor unduly prolonged.
Dr. Andrew was friendly even going so far as remembering personal details garnered from my previous visit. His skillful approach combined with his demeanor made for a pleasant experience.

Cannot say enough great things about this place and the people! I've moved countless times within the Boston area and have been coming here for the past 5ish years. Cannot imagine going to any other dental office, it's by far been the most pleasant experience. Everyone is super helpful and friendly, parking is never an issue, and the email/text communications are appreciated. You don't feel like just another patient, it actually feels like you're building relationships with staff. I'd even go so far to say that I actually look forward to these visits.

Had a wonderful experience here! My hygienist Sandra was amazing and dealt with my nervousness well! Everyone in the office was kind and welcoming, and the entire place was clean and updated. Definitely highly recommended and will be back for many years!

Excellent Dentist Dr. Schwartz-Hinds and his Staff are very friendly and exceptional with their work I felt extremely safe and comfortable with my implant. Dr. Schwart-Hinds did an exceptional job on my implant, not to mention my Hygienist Sandra always goes above and beyond on my cleaning as well. Front desk always ready to help and very pleasant.
