The physical space is clean and attractive. The dental work has been very good. One male dentist was a bit overly aggressive in criticising my lack of teeth brushing and claimed i could not get an implant until my tooth care improved. That had the mixed result of causing me to brush more often, but also it put me off from visiting this center for 3 years.
When i finally came for an appointment about 5 weeks ago, the woman dentist, Dr. Lwanga, had a dramatically more friendly approach. She explained what the x-rays showed clearly, in detail, and patiently. She explained that the pain on my whole right cheek up to the ear was due to the action of bacteria on 2 cavities, and she prescribed a course of antibiotics as well as naproxen. The naproxen was much more effective at relieving the pain than what i had used before (acetominaphen and a small amount of aspirin). By about 9 days after starting the antibiotic, the pain was gone without any further medication. I am very happy with Dr. Lwanga.
A small, minor complaint is that there is a sign saying they have Wi-Fi, but neither the woman at the front desk not 2 other staff knew what the password was.

The staff at the desk were nothing but polite and helpful. I had a real learning experience with my cleaning. I was given very helpful information about MY oral health and not just general facts. I was recommended products to appropriately accommodate my needs. I had an extremely positive experience. Very professional environment.

Had some work done there, it was very professional and clean. The X-rays have a good resolution. The procedure was painless and 2 months later I have no sign of complication. Great dentist and front desk.

I have trusted the staff here with my dental care for the past five years and they have taken great care of me and helped to prevent advancing of my early gum recession. I have received cleanings, Invisalign, gum grafts and deep cleanings. I like that they perform all these services at this one location

Dr. Lwanga and her assistant Robinah are awesome! I had my first visit this morning. Dr. Lwanga took her time to show me how to improve my flossing technique so I could prevent two problem areas from developing into cavities. She could have just let them develop into cavities, had me pay for fillings, and then made more money. Robinah was also a pleasure to talk to and took all my X-rays in one fell swoop (no retakes necessary because she is that good). Altogether, they eased my anxiety about going to the dentist in over a year because of Covid and made me feel like a valued patient. I will keep coming back to Fresh Pond Dental.

Zina is absolutely fantastic hygenist! She is very gentle with sesitive teeth. She always takes extra steps to prevent possible future problems and advises about preventive options to perform. She always takes into account patient insurance situation. Overall she is very friendly and open person! Schedule teeth cleaning with her and you will not be disappointed!

They over charge and try to push unnecessary procedures. Tried to charge me double the amount for a deep cleaning by claiming it needs to be done in 4 sessions instead of the normal 2. Be wary of this for profit dentist

Very disrespectful with their patients' schedules and needs! I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance, which was confirmed during the call. I planned my whole day to be there at 12pm on a Thursday. When I get there they told me they simply canceled my appointment because they couldn't reach out to me to confirm it AGAIN last week. They couldn't tell me why they couldn't reach me because my info was deleted (I gave my phone, e-mail and health insurance number during the scheduling process).
But, no matter what's the reason why they couldn't reach me, this says a lot about how they treat they customers/patients: They assume you are disrespectful and trying to screw their calendar and their calendar is more important than yours, and therefore, they are more important than you. I don't want to be a client of a place like this, specially a health care one, ever. There are a lot of other options around, RUN AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

I was referred to Fresh Pond dental by my friend. Rizz answered the phone. She is very professional and explained all my concerns. The place is very clean and the team were very welcoming.
Hygienist Liya was awesome, she addressed my dental issues very patient and calmly.
