Children & Family Dentistry & Braces of Lawrence

I was a patient here with my 3 children, and I kept getting more and more frustrated and unhappy with their service. They lost business of 4 clients, because they never answer the phone, and when they do, they are very unprofessional and put you on hold for no reason, for looong minutes. They cancel your appointment if you're late, but when we are on time, we have to sit in the waiting room for about half an hour watching a movie. I love Dr. Blanco, and other excellent doctors there, but the front desk staff, and the horrible customer service has kept me from coming back, unfortunately.

From the moment I walked in it was all naturally pleasant vibes, as soon as my sons name got called, it was dancing and singing into a room. The employees were excellent at explaining the procedures and the process of what was about to go down. Very supportive too, which made my son and I feel even more comfortable. They always have great smiles on their faces that assure children and family patience are in good hands. I knew I made the right choice 11 years ago! & I'm not planning on going anywhere .. I mean my mom brought my sister and I as a child, & now im bringing my son. Don't change! Keep up the great job guys! ******BEST DENTISTRY in LAWRENCE !!!!!*****

Dentistry was satisfactory. There was one lady in the office who was rude to me today. She wasn't able to finalize the invoice and said manager will call tomorrow. I asked for a print out of treatment plan that they treated my son today. She refused to do it.

Also, In Jan first week, when I showed up for my appointment I was told that Dentist didn't show up, and the person talking to me didn't even say sorry.

The office staff needs some training on how to interact with clients.

I love the professionalism of the staff and how enthusiastic they are. The dental hygienist Marygrace had so much patience with my three year old and you can tell that Dr. Grieco has many years of experience dealing with children. I thank them all for keeping my daughter's dental health on point and I can't wait to see them again in six months. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff!

I've been seen my hygienist "Amy" several times now, after moving from the Congo (Africa) to Lawrence MA, i really needed a good dentist place more like one I could trust, I was satisfied with my dental work. 🤗

Great office, kids friendly, Best front staff etc... I recommend this place to Everyone.

I can’t recommend them enough!! Our daughter has ASD, sensory issues and extreme anxiety and they took such good care of her, they talked with her, listened to her, made sure she was comfortable and they made her smile, which has never happened for her at a dentist before!! Absolutely amazing team!!!

Hit and miss. Today was a miss. Apt was set for 12:10 wasn't called till 12:50 even though we were the only ones in the waiting room. We were going in for braces, 2 people also coming in for braces who came after us were called before us. Now because they called us late we couldn't even do my child's procedure because they said there wouldn't be enough time. So now her treatment is delayed because they were behind and couldn't let us know while we were waiting. No sorry for keeping you waiting or anything.

The staff is lovely. They took great, great care of my nephew. The manager, Jocelyne, is very professional and always ensures the service is up to standard. Merry Xmas guys. We love you

Great service here. They are very diligent with their patients and do their job well. Staff is friendly and caring. I have had the pleasure to be attended by Ana and she did amazing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Zero stars!!! Absolutely the worst dental office in the area! They just want your money! The office staff is absolutely awful!! I’ve been to this place numerous times over the years so I can say how disorganized this office is. It’s horrendous!! They are very dishonest also (thinking of one person in specific).

There have been instances where they’ve scheduled appointments for me and when I arrived, I was notified that the dentist wasn’t in. One time, they even told me that I should have called before the appointment to remind them of the appointment which makes no sense since that’s what they’re supposed to do. Every time I went there, I would wait at least one hour in the waiting room until I was called in. One time I waited 1 hour and a half before being called in. Every visit to this place meant I had to take off a whole day from work and most of that time was spent waiting to be seen, mind you I live only 15 minutes away. The most frustrating thing was when I would take off the whole day from work, wait one hour and a half in the waiting room, another half an hour in the dentist’s chair, then be told that they wouldn't be able to help me out. On top of that, they would charge me for the visit.

I had a crown placed on an implant here a few years ago. LESS THAN 2 YEARS after, the crown broke. Naturally, I went back to have them replace the crown. After a dentist saw me, I was told that there was nothing that they could do about it because the dentist that placed the crowns on my implants was no longer there. Since I had the crown done there, it was their responsibility to get a dentist that was able to do it or if not, reimburse me so that I could get the procedure done somewhere else. They told me that I had to have the entire procedure redone at another dentist and pay another $4,000!! The worst part was that they lied and said that I had developed gum damage so I would need to see a Periodontist. That was not true because I went to THREE dentists after and took x rays and had them look at my mouth and they all said I didn’t have anything wrong with my gums. In other words, they were trying to come up with excuses at any cost to not have to re do the bad work they did when it was their responsibility to re do it. The diagnosis that they gave me was not only wrong and made up but could have been extremely dangerous to my health if I had proceeded with a treatment for my gums when there was nothing wrong with them in the first place.

Another instance was one time when my sister sat on the dentist’s chair and the assistant was ready to work on her mouth and said to her (with the tools in her hand) “you’re the patient that’s here for the root canal right?”. My sister was only there for a cleaning. It was the wrong patient.
