This is one amazing practice. The front desk is friendly and they speak more than one language, this is really helpful when I have to send my mom with the kids to their appointments. I totally recommend this office if you are in the Lawrence area :)

Always have gone here but today was an even better visit than before. Mary G was amazing, caring and wonderful to my daughter who has ADHD and struggled a little but manage to keep her calm. Definitely keeping the children and family dentistry as our primary dentist

The dentistry in general is not bad, but I don’t think they’ve handled the covid situation well. Besides the fact that the appointments are ALWAYS running late (even before the pandemic), they are now making customers wait outside in the heat with no seating. I was standing for over an hour before I was attended, and even then I had to wait inside. I will be switching from clinics soon.

My son and I have had the best experience with Dr Rupal and dentist assistant Zailma. My son has a rough time and they always know how to calm him down. Personally I am not one to go to the dentist but when I have an appointment Dr Rupal always know what to say to calm someone down.

I love this place. Every time I take my grandkids. The staff are very welcoming, from the front desk to the back staff. I love marygrace and Joselyn last time that I was there, they were very patient with me. Though I had a little attitud because I wanted to be seen earlier than my appointment time, Joselyn found a way to calm me,with a smile on her face. She took me into a room and kindly explained why I had to wait until my appointment time. Played a movie for my grandkids.
I recommend this place to everyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I personally have been going to this office since it was small smiles. Decided to bring my son to this office and we will never be going back!!!! How can you be a pediatric dentist but you do not have a dentist that can see anyone under 5 years old. They referred me to another office since they currently don’t have a pediatric dentist. This office “scheduled” my appointment with the other office, told me my appointment was on a Sunday which I found weird because there are not many places open on Sundays. So I doubled checked and told the lady the date she had given me was a Sunday and she was very sure that they would be open on that Sunday. So I went to that office the date of his appointment and they were not open! So tired of the back and forth and running around this office has made me do.

My family are been coming to this dental office about 2 years already. We love this place so much because it is clean and staffs from front to back are very professional, awesome and friendly.They are always answering all of my stupid questions and give me and my family a best care ever. I will recommend this office to all of my friends and my relative. Thank you so much.

The two stars are regarding the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and it was a traumatizing situation. I was awake for the whole procedure. They had given me Nitrious Oxide for the anxiety but it didn't seem like it had worked at all. I found it odd they didn't ask for my weight because it seems as though that would be the way the measure how much to administer. If you are planning on getting your wisdom teeth out, find a place that will put you under. Although they did give me local anesthesia, I was pretty aware of exactly what they were doing inside my mouth. I could feel much of the procedure. Afterwards, the assistant gave me 3 prescriptions and a sheet of paper with instructions and that was it. Maybe 2 verbal instructions were given to me (which reiterates my statement about how the Nitrous Oxide did not make me out of it, I was awake and aware). As I left the back office crying, my dad had to ask the assistant if there were any instructions for me to follow. She said "I told her already what needs to be done". My dad being in the medical field found that also to be strange that they would give me instructions when I was supposed to be the patient who had just undergone a "major medical procedure". I wouldn't get your wisdom teeth removed here, but the staff was extremely friendly.

In the past, before I became a patient at this office, I have had dentists pick on me for my cavities and even been lied to by an endodontist when the cap to one of my teeth had been cracked and the tooth was rotting from inside the cap. They for some time were even saying they were going to bill my insurance for work that had yet to begin until I stood up knowing they couldn't', then they apologized and left me alone.

Now, I have been a patient at this office for a few years. The employees are always cheerful and friendly. You can tell they truly care about the patients and their health. Dr. Branch always makes sure that any of my questions are answered and I am informed of the procedures and Sasha informs me of the billing aspect. Over time they have added new services that makes it convenient to get the work that's needed done faster instead of being referred.

They are all amazing, very caring, welcoming accepting and helpful.Never have I been to a dentistry quite like this place. They go above and beyond to meet exceed your expectations. Don't believe me, go ahead and check them out for yourself they'll answer any and all questions and do the very best at what there profesión is. I promise they'll keep you coming back. I know they do it to me. For the very first time I can finally admit. I'm excited to go to the dentist. See my teeth and eyes are two of the most important things on me they are the first thing people notice and let me tell you they definitely love their jobs.With how well they'll take care of you, you'll never want to go to anyone else ever again. Trust in this place dont let you're other bad experiences shy you away from trying this place. Go in with confidence and if you don't they'll give it to you. That's how good they're at their jobs. Sarah, Yvonne, Antwonette, and Dr.Rupal alone will keep you coming back for more. So be confident put your trust in them they won't break it like others out there working simply for a paycheck. These ladies love there job. Yes I said love. The bond you will aquire with them will be one for the books. You'll leave there office bragging about how well they all are.
