Got my teeth cleaned fine. Dentist kept canceling my appointment to extend his vacation. I never went back. You don't matter here. UPDATE: The same people operate Church Street Dental in Chicopee. They called me about this review. All they want is money!!!!

I never have a problem when I go to this dental office the dentist is awesome and so is the wonderful lady who cleans my teeth, they are always on time and if I have a problem they explain everything to me in a way this deaf/hard of hearing person can understand even with these masks on. They made me a new plate last year and it fits even better than the one my last dentist made.

I have never cared for going to the dentist before (im sure like most people) but at arch dental care they make you feel so comfortable. They explain to you everything they are doing before they do it. They are so patient, kind, and really care about your health. I have referred many people here and they all have agreed that theyre a great group of people there. I highly recommend!

I was seen in the office Monday 13th of march, had an X-ray done and was told I had a root canal infection but they would not be able to help. Was sent to a root canal specialist who then sent me to a surgeon. Today is March 18th I had to have emergency surgery because my throat was being to close due to the swelling. Per the surgeon the second they saw the size of the infection I should have been sent to ER immediately, he told me that I am lucky to be alive. Will NEVER go to this place again.
