Been going here for years and I like the hygienist a little strange that the dentist were different every other visit. A couple months ago saw someone (dentist) I don’t recall seeing before but maybe many years back. Anyways they tell me I need a root canal I don’t have the money tried to get on a list for a grant to help. I moved for school had another cleaning and X-ray at a new place these people said no such thing about a root canal and since I had no symptoms to begin with it’s a bit questionable on both ends. I will say the hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth here. And half of the many different dentists I’d seen here had good bed side manner. If your like me and have MassHealth so options are limited these guys are pretty good but question any big procedures.

Hard to give a legit review because their staff turnover is so high I barely get to see the same person twice. Occasionally a great staff person comes through but generally this seems like a corporate dental care factory designed to make as much money as possible, not give the best service possible.

The worst dentist admin experince I have ever had. I had a jaw infection and called for treatment plans. They never got back to me. They called me months later to say I missed a cleaning, I said, "you all still owe me a treatment plan" they assured me they would email me. Never did. I called. Submitted and online complaint. I go to the office in person to get my xrays and they tell me I owe them $50! They are the worst do not give them your buisness. Medically neglectful and i now have a jaw infection that spread to my head and behind my eyes. This dentist's neglect caused an emergency condition. If you care about your health stay away from this dentist.
Response to owner: are you insisting on violating my pricvacy to pursue a HIPPA violation by demanding my legal name in a public forum? I have a photo of the $25 piece of paper you charged me for on your FB page!
Also it speaks to your malpractice and poor customer service that you forgot about this interaction which happened in your lobby just today! And you don't ask what name people PREFER to be called. . .
Potential patients please take note that they would rather dismiss, to save face than learn the name you go by!

I’d give u three separate stories which are bad had one good interaction with these people, but for the most part poor management (before and during the pandemic). Rude, off the bat (most times) and awful job in their practice. Found a new dentist and they have much better, of ALL the above. Bottom line don’t go to your closest dentist go to one you can TRUST. Had to change my opinion after my first encounter. Which was positive.

Delightful staff. Considerate of my limited money by helping me work with insurance. I wish I had been briefed on my aftercare before my root canal was complete- I guess I’ll know in the future to prioritize asking. Would also like to see less plastic given out to clients in general.

Cheryl takes great care of me and has for several years. She keeps the pain and discomfort to an absolute minimum. I actually look forward to coming into Arch Dental knowing that she will be scraping my teeth and keeping them and my gums in good shape. Cheryl rocks!

FRAUDULENT PRACTICE!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! I've been going to Arch Dental for a few years now but I will never go again!!!! During my last appointment Dr. Khan diagnosed me and said that I needed a root canal and 3 crowns done all at the same time costing $5,300. When she didn't have time to do the root canal she tried to send me to her brother's practice. Instead I went to Clayton and Canby for a second opinion and they said that all I needed was a filling to be redone. I saved $5,300 and a bunch of pain by getting a second opinion. Don't let these scam artists steal your money by doing unnecessary work on your teeth!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience here. They took my Masshealth Ins. All staff were competent and friendly; I was seen quickly, and Dr. Cox did an excellent job on 2 fillings. Couldn't be happier.

i did not have such a good experience with front desk staff the oldest lady blond hair blue eyes talks alot about her staff not liking how strict and stern she is with them about wanting things done her way .I went in for an appointment to do work on my teeth not hear a life story and front desk can be rudeeee..Another point I like to make they knew i was coming in and i was from a domestic violence shelter and still acted like they did not know who i was INCREDIBLE i had a serious conversation with this woman and she stated she didnt know who i was..I know i would never refer anyone to this place
