Cheryl, Madelyn and Dr. Kahn have done so much to make me feel comfortable and safe. I am very nervous when it comes to any work being done to my teeth but this location is by far the best I've ever been. The level of care is phenomenal and very accurate. Would recommend to anyone!! I was a happy customer of Arch Dental for many years, until recently. I always schedule my next appointment with them at the previous appointment, and have never missed an appointment. Yet, when I arrived for my most recent appointment, they had cancelled it because I had not returned their confirmation phone call. No real apology, no offer to fit me in, just restating that "it's our policy." Not the way to treat a loyal, longtime and consistent customer.

I really appreciate the efficiency and friendliness and affordability at Arch Dental and the great cleanings and fillings they’ve given me.
I have not been quite as sure about the recommendations for periodontal work, Root Canal,’s or crowns and feel like the information felt a little Incomplete and also that there was no help trying to figure out the financial challenges around that. This is not necessarily Arch Dental’s responsibility or issue but it would be lovely to have support all the same. Thanks

I googled implants Northampton and found this dentist. Reception was very friendly and was able to see me that day. They took an X-ray and said they were unable to help me because they don't do implants. I paid for a visit and X-ray for absolutely nothing. They should have been able to tell me over the phone when I said my implant was loose that they don’t do implants. They were very friendly and nice but completely unhelpful.

Most unprofessional service (a series) I received in last 7 years, considering all medical, dental, and eye treatment. On the day of initial visit, they supposed to give my wife the treatment plan and the quote after the through exam. After waiting 30 mins they told us that they will email us the details in 30 mins. However, I didn’t receive anything in next 4 days. Then I had to stop at their office and asked for the details. Then they gave me the plan and quote for the next visit. However, it was not complete and accurate. The worst was yet to come. On the day of the appointment, at 9.30 am, we arrived on time and found no one was there. The office was closed and no body informed us about the closure and anything Beforehand. They probably forgot everyone’s time is valuable. I left a voice message and still didn’t hear any thing from their side. Not even an apology.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years. Since the switch of ownership it has gone downhill. The turnover rate of the dentists seems very high. Also, my daughter fell and hurt her tooth and needed an emergency appointment and they refused to see her because I was going to be 10 minutes later then their last availability. They preferred I brought her to the emergency room instead of waiting 10 minutes for me. It doesn't seem like the practice really cares about their patients.
