As a provider and an parent , Epic Lifetime Dental has provided my family with the highest quality of dental care. My son Anthony as been is a pediatric patient of Dr. Moreno for approximately 10 years. He continues to have great dental check ups because of Dr. Moreno and his specialized staff. They have taught him good oral hygiene, discussed low sugar diet, recommended fluoride varnish and applied dental sealants to prevent cavities.

I had a terrible experience with EPIC Dental in Norwood. The Dental service received there was fine, but the Staff committed a mistake by not checking properly with my dental Insurance if the deep cleaning would be covered by them or not and I was told it was approved and I just had to pay the co payment. The procedure was done on October 2018 and on February 2019 I received a bill of $773.00 for the Deep Cleaning and after contacting the dental office hey blamed the Insurance company for not this. I contact the Dental Insurance company and they said this kind of procedure is only covered every two years and I had done it on January 2017 so they would only pay for it after January 2019, I called EPIC back and they said they check Metlife website and it did not show i had done this procedure in 2017. I had to call the Metlife back and according to them some procedures are not listed on their website and there is a note there saying that the Dental Office must call them to verify coverage, and it was never done by EPIC ( and it is true because I have all the proofs of it on my hands). I felt so bad because people at EPIC just don't care , they did the mistake and now I have to pay for it. I would have wait 3 months to have done if I know I had to pay almost U$800.00 for a deep cleaning. I contacted a lawyer for this case because I don't feel it is fair at all. If they made a mistake they should assume it.

Not happy. This office needs to take responsibility for a botched cap. I now need braces. I walked in with perfect aligned teeth only now to have a Michael Strahan smile and a lisp and a whistle. Tired of the Strahan comments. I was also grossly over billed. My insurance co did fix this. I gave them a chance to remedy this and they refused. I am now seeking an attorney and plan to sue. All they had to do is right a wrong.
See the reply below from Epic. They refused to discuss situation or schedule an appointment when I called. So not sorry didn't even try could care less. Look into the situation before you comment please.
