This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Robin, the dental hygienist, took her time with my son made sure that she explained everything, all the tools she would be using, took his hand showed him around the room. She made sure he was very comfortable. Dr. Helen was also amazing and came in and made my son feel very comfortable and he was very excited to be there and was smiling the whole time ear to ear. It was a really great first visit to get him started on his journey to having healthy teeth. As an educator I can vouch that they are extremely professional and very very talented with children.

Thankful to have found this place! We've only had experience with one other local pediatric dentist, and Epic definitely has been the best experience. I booked separate appointments for my 2 and 4 year old- the hygienist was incredible- knew how to interact with each of my kids perfectly, made sure to show and explain everything first, and Dr. Moreno was equally as great. Definitely relieved after coming here, knowing that my kids won't dread their next appointment (and hopefully may even look forward to it?)
We received a custom story book for each kid about 2 weeks after we had our appointments, but it was still so appreciated and the kids were so excited to get them. Highly recommend!

The people at Epic Dental were very professional despite my unfounded fears about going to the dentist. They listened patiently to my "quirks" about being able to sit in the dentist chair, and came up with a plan to treat me. They told me what to expect, how it needed to happen, listened to my concerns, we made a plan together, and were able to meet my dental needs. We went a little over the scheduled amount of time this time, my first visit, but knowing that are able to meet my needs will help the next time. I highly recommend Epic Dental for adult dentistry in Norwood.

I love Epic Dental! They do a wonderful job with the kids and making sure they feel comfortable during the visit. They are flexible and accommodating, I've been taking my kids here for several years now. During the most recent visit Robin showed my 3 year old every tool she'd be using for the cleaning and gave her a demo of what each one does. It definitely helped to make my 3 year old comfortable. My kids look forward to their dentist visits here!
