Epic Dental is a beautiful practice with a very professional staff and is meticulously clean. Dr. Hellen Fassil is amazing with her patients and very thorough in her exams. I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. My daughter felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed her first dental cleaning at the practice and is excited to go back!

Fantastic staff that know how to deal with kids that have some trouble with anxiety and sensitivity. We’ve been going there for 10 years and will keep using them until the kids are grown. Dr. Moreno and the pediatric staff are the best!

My wife and I brought our 4 and 2 year old children to Epic today. The staff is so friendly and nice. Both my children are cautious with new experiences yet felt comfortable with their teeth cleaning. The staff that cleans the teeth are great and show the kids what each tool does before they use it. Dr. Moreno has a great bedside manner and is very friendly. He spends time with the parents to share best approaches to cleaning. I highly recommend Epic , and they also have a practice for adults!

First time at Epic Dental in Norwood, my wife and I made same day appt. Great customer service, very personable and friendly!
Very Clean and Professional atmosphere, due to Covid-19, all appointments were separated out nicely so you don’t go when other patients are there. Which made us feel safer!

Both my kids go to Epic Dental. For ortho, starting with Dr. Miner and now Dr. Jason. Also Dr. Moreno as a pediatric dentist. The practice is highly organized, clean, and responsive. The staff are all genuinely kind and good with kids. Took time to explain the ortho plan directly with my child to take the fear out of the process.

Excellent service and communication from my initial call to make an appointment to the experience itself. The dental assistant who did my X-rays was kind, patient, and non-judgmental about the length of time since my last check-up. The staff explained everything as they worked, and I was surprisingly comfortable - laidback ambience, including the offer to have music playing during the cleaning. I'll definitely go back, and recommend to all. Update: I recently brought my son in as well, and was really impressed with the way they talked to him, explaining everything to him, and adjusting treatment to best care for him and keep him healthy and as relaxed as possible.
