First Dental

Dr. Hovhannes does amazing work!! I’ve been searching for a new dental office for a few months now I need a few things done & he took it out his way to want to make sure my front teeth look all the same & amazing !! He did an amazing job & I can finally say I feel great about myself ! Came into the new year with a new smile thanks to the great dental team, I am so grateful & can’t wait for my daughters first visit with this office ! Thank you so much

First dental is excellent . The girl Brina is excellent . She takes her time cleaning your teeth and very understanding to your needs . Dr rad is new but very nice . Rita at the front desk is very sweet also , she greets you very professionally and remembers you at each visit . As I first mentioned Brina who does the cleanings is so sweet , I hope she stays for a long time .

I initially started coming here only because of the close proximity to my new place. It didn't take long for me to continue booking all future visits because of the consistently-awesome experience I have continued to have. From the minute you walk through those doors, you are greeted with excitement from Rita and all the front desk. I've honestly never looked forward to a 6-month check-up and teeth cleaning as I do, now, knowing Berina will be there to take care of these pearly whites ;D -See for yourself, she is simply the best! The dentists are always great at walking you through your treatment options and making you feel comfortable with the choice you ultimately make. There is never a sense of pushiness to go with a treatment plan just because. They really do care!

I highly recommend this dentist!! The staff that works there are so friendly and kind. They make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I'm extremely happy with the way my teeth turned out. I feel like a new person!!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dental care for each patient is considered important and individual needs are thoughtfully implemented. Dr. Parham is genuinely friendly as if I was a neighbor. He is very skilled and has fixed my teeth very well.

I would highly recommend coming here the people in the front really take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome and work with your Schedule and realy friendly .All the Dr's are really great at what the do .you will be pleased if you get any of them.i am so happy that Dr Hovhannes pahlevanyan is working on my teeth he is kind and caring about doing my teeth perfect. And his assistant is pretty good to they are a great team .Iam sm so satisfied with his work . I know the dentist is a heard place to go ,but if you keep your eyes on the end results you will be so happy .I want to thank them all for giving me my smile back 😁🤗

I had a great experience at Somerville First Dental the staffwere friendly and all introduced themselves and were social and respectful. I had a cleaning/check-up and the care was thorough and gentle from both the dentist and assistant - no one yanked my head around like I was made of metal or poked at my gums like I couldn't feel. They took my concerns seriously and gave me answers. The facilities are clean, pleasant, and up to date. Also they are super convenient to get to. Last year I went somewhere else and had the complete opposite experience.

I am a regular customer here. I like Berina very much. She is professional, nice, and patient. I like Rita too, she is nice to everyone. I went to many dental places and first dental makes me feel like a home. The doctor and the staff always showed up on time, never late, and nice to the customer every time.

The nicest dental office I have been to. I moved to Medford and saw them as my first dentist. I was greeted nicely and the staff even recognized my name from the earlier phone call I had. The hygienists did a great job in taking care of me and the Drs. also excelled. They also have a nice place for children in the waiting room. So happy to work with a dentist that I can entrust my teeth to.

Horrible experience even before meeting the doctor. Called to confirm, that they are in network providers with my insurance and they told me to call the insurance to do that and that I would be responsible for the bill if insurance company denies it. Why cant the doctors office confirm this?
