I've been a long time customer of Somerville First Dental. My son had several cavities that they filled over the last few years. Every. Single. Cavity. was either not filled correctly or some issue has come up with it. He's now had 3 teeth pulled, 2 root canals, 3 crowns, 2 spacers and today's joy is an abscess due to the dental work of "fillings" they performed here.. I would highly caution anyone thinking of coming here. You'll likely end up somewhere else with a larger bill and more anguish than the first time, they referred me to Children's Dental in Stoneham, I'd highly recommend them. The more time that elapse's the more issues we find with the old dental work. Irritated that I let my son go through all this nonsense for so long when I could have taken him somewhere else that would have done the job right the first time.

They filled all the teeth that Avalon dental wanted to extract! I was so happy saved the top front tooth! They also made both molds for the partial plates ...in my first visit there ! When i was seeing avalon dental 5 months later they were still milking my insurance...knowing I desperately needed plates! They go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and in control of what you want or need done to your teeth....very sweet assistance and ...extremely knowledgable and non-intimidating DR.Li

The outside does no justice for the office ...clean..spacious...top line equipment....all geared on the patient! Wish I found them sooner they are not tooth pull happ...like most dentist!
