From the first phone call to set the appointment up to the actual day of the appointment the office was super friendly. Walking in nervous and a giant ball of anxiety I was cheerfully greeted. The environment was welcoming, friendly and more relaxed that I had anticipated. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and compassionate. I met with the dentist and he was very friendly and didn’t rush. He asked me about myself and why I came in. After answering his questions, he explained the procedure I was interested in and that I was a good candidate. Speaking with the office manager was just as nice. I would recommend this office to anyone. I was treated with respect and dignity that everyone deserves!

This was my first time at Grand Valley Dentistry and I had a great experience. Could not recommend my hygienist Cassie more! She was so kind, super informative, and very gentle when cleaning my teeth. Overall, everyone in the office was super nice, I got in and out of my appointment in a more than timely manner without feeling rushed, the office was super clean and I loved the technology they offered.

I'm a new patient and they got me in within a week of me calling. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the facility was very clean and modern without feeling too clinical. The hygienist explained everything well and Dr. Lance was very honest about the state of my teeth as I need a lot of work done. I was provided with an estimate for my next view visits so I can plan accordingly. Overall I had a really great experience and will keep coming back.

Both the doctor and the hygienist I had were very nice and helpful. They were very nice at the desk too. My only struggle is not having a computer I don’t know how to do all the technology today. It seems like it gets more complicated all the time like signing in when you don’t know how to do that. The lady at the desk did it for me. That was nice of her.

My hygienist, Felicia Z always does an amazing job!!! She is very thorough. The office is very comfortable offering coffee/water along with a kids T.V and adult T.V.

I visited this office for my son's first dental appointment. Being that it was his first visit, I expected him to be timid and nervous. Upon entering I was very pleased with the clean and cozy atmosphere of the waiting area. After a very short wait, we were called back to our examination room. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Laura. Her personality, patience, and professionalism were outstanding, and she really made the experience for my son easy-going. Doctor Nick also came in and finished out the appointment with us, giving solid feedback and being kind as ever. Afterward, my son got a little goodie bag of dental supplies, a water bottle, and a prize from their toy box. He was ecstatic and left the office with a smile and a pep to his step. I greatly appreciate the staff for being polite and easy to communicate with. After this visit, I am happy to say that my family will continue to come to this clinic happily!

Was told that I needed deep cleanings every 3 months and $4500 worth of dental work. They supposedly measured my teeth and the pockets were 4’s and 5’s. Since I brush and floss 3 times a day, I went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion 4 days later. My pockets were 1’s, 2’s and a few 3’s. No deep cleaning needed. I may need a crown in the future, but not $4500 worth of work.
