I just completed my externship at Grand Valley Dentistry. Working with this team for the past couple of weeks has made my love for this field grow! This team cares immensly for their patients and it shows even behind the scenes. The doctors, hygentists, and assistants all put so much into each appointment to make you feel comfortable, informed and educated. The public truly doesn't see the hard work this team does everyday to create a better experience for all who walk through the door. I highly suggest being a patient here!

New patient. Dental care is the best I have had in the last 3 years. They use the latest methods and tools for care and administration. New patient registration was all done on my phone including transfer of records which made it effortless when I arrived with the only thing I had to do was tell them my name. Doctor explained everything after the exam and gave options while prioritizing what was urgent and what could wait. Hygienist was experienced, thorough and caring. The perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. Each chair faces a window looking outside to a nice nature scene so it doesn't feel commercial or closed-in. Even the waiting room was pleasant although I spent less than 3 minutes waiting.
TIP: If a need to cancel arrives, ensure you do it 48 hours prior otherwise there is a cancellation fee.

I had an exceptionally good experience with my services at Grand Valley Dentistry. I was greeting warmly and seen promptly. All staff were professional, respectful, and clearly skilled. Laura was my dental hygienist; she was thorough, efficient, warm and professional. Dr. Dehne was wonderful. He did a thorough exam, developed a realistic treatment plan, explained things clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was warm and gracious. Both of them inspired confidence. I was completely at ease throughout today's visit, and that is not a typical experience for me in a dentist visit. I highly recommend Grand Valley Dentistry.

We had our first visit today and it was a pleasant experience. Three children in under two hours. Dr. Nick was kind, personable, and treated us all with respect. I feel terrible that I don’t remember the dental hygienist names, but nonetheless, they were incredible as well. Our first dentist had hours that didn’t align with our schedules and it made it near impossible to make an appt.
Thankfully the hours and availability here make it easy to schedule.
I also love the ability to text questions when I was completing the new patient information online.
I also want to add that the prices were the cheapest I’ve ever had. With the same dental insurance, the price of a filling here is about $200 cheaper. I’m not sure how but I’ll take it!

The dental assistant that helped me today was wonderful. I am horribly anxious with dentist offices, and yet she was able to quell any concerns I had within the first few minutes of our exam. The dentist himself was very personable and very honest with me about what would need to happen with my teeth and pricing. Overall a fantastic experience.

Make SURE your insurance provider is in network, do not take their word for it like I did. Cost me an extra $1,000 out of pocket from what they told me. The last I heard from them was they were "working with my insurance provider" only to be served small claims papers to my house without notice. You will continue to lose business by failing to communicate with your clients
