The prices and Dr participation in insurance plans vary but you are not told ahead of time and don't have a choice. The 1st visit was covered by my insurance. At my 2nd visit after the Dr saw me I was told he is out of network for me.

Today (7/13/2022) I brought my twin boys, who are 4.5 years old, for their appointment. The hygienist, Cassie was super amazing with them. She explained everything she was doing and made them feel super comfortable. The Doctor, Dr. David was also just as amazing with them. They were so kind, patient and understanding. 10 out of 10 would TOTALLY recommend Grand Valley Dentistry for parents with children. You will not be disappointed!

Have only good things to say about Grand Valley Dental. Been going there now for 2 years, and have never been disappointed. The hygienist are gentle, and polite. The Dentists are friendly, and take the time to talk with you and try to get to the bottom of your issues.
And they have a in house plan for those without insurance, that is very cost efficient. I give them a 5*!

These people are absolutely fantastic. I'm a current dental student and I had the opportunity to shadow them for 15 days. Within such a short amount of time I was able to make amazing connections with all the staff, I can tell you know that they truly care for and your health, they'll do whatever they can to give you the best options for treatment and will help you ever step of the way. Not only will they be amazing to you but they'll be even better to your kids!!! You guys are absolutely fantastic and I'm going to miss you all so much!!! My experience at Grand Valley Dentistry has been nothing other than excellent. The patience and care provided to my special needs brother has been a blessing. They provide suggestions, recommendations, and options about his dental health. Every person on staff here is kind and professional. The location is a great one as well - a beautiful and clean facility.

Moved from Holland to Allendale five years ago and reluctantly switched from a trusted dentist I had for 25-years in Holland to another dentist in Allendale. Grand Valley Dentistry in Allendale identified the same minor issues and had the same recommendations as my previous dentist (30 years ago had yet another dentist that told me I needed all kinds of work done that turned out to not be the case, which is why I’m especially hesitant about switching to a new doctor). I compared prices (crown) and GVD’s prices are competitive. Additional advantages with new dentist: quick to get me in their schedule and very high tech! I can get a crown done in one appointment, instead of a temporary crown then having to go back to get the permanent crown like I have done in the past. And, for my filling, the resin (?) they used matches color automatically! Grand Valley dentist is professional and friendly too and I highly recommend!

The receptionist made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit, giving me access to the TV and answering my questions as I was going through the admission forms. also felt the ambiental music to be very pertinent in providing a positive environmental atmosphere. Laura was very professional through the cleaning process, very intent In minimizing any possible discomfort, attentively listening and engaging in our verbal exchanges, this spiced with lots of validation and an excellent sense of humor. As for David, I am a proud father of his professional knowledge,
and intervention, which assures me of the best dental health I can enjoy.
