Going to the dentist can be scary and shameful, but Hudsonville Family Dentistry really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly! I had an appointment after not going to the dentist for a few years and Dr. Holton and Jessica made me feel comfortable and welcomed! Julie also helped breakdown the expected cost for me and even went out of her way to verify some costs with my insurance company. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment here (especially as someone who hates dentist appointments 🙂).

Staff at Hudsonville Family Dentistry are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The office is very responsive and even send pre appointment reminders by text and personally call you so you don't forget. Dr. Lubbers is fantastic. Not only is he fun to chat with, he also takes care of each of his patients like family. He is so consistent and does work with amazing precision. Pain free every time! Would definitely recommend to anyone to have Hudsonville Family Dentistry as their full time dentist.

This dentist office was terrible. The dentist and the people working there were not very friendly. I had a bad experience here and wouldn't recommend this dentist office. The great lakes dentist office down the road is so much better!!

The staff connects with patients and I immediately felt comfortable. Dr. Lubbers made suggestions upon my request that will repair a dental situation, and I’m very grateful for that! Each staff member that I encountered was friendly, had a smile and welcomed me personally to the office. The office atmosphere was both upbeat and professional, and the environment was appealing and very accommodating from a customer service perspective. I was extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the exam, the cooperation and communication between the staff members, and the importance placed on quality of (individualized) care. Dr. Lubbers was genuine; he was very complete in presenting/explaining the plan of care, and it is evident his heart is in his work. Hudsonville Family Dentistry had given me a great first impression, and I look forward to becoming an established patient.

Dr VanNull was very informative as well as to all the options for my issues. Then the Financial/Insurance advisor Tiffany was very good in helping me to decide what to do and when for what needed to be done.

They are professional, well-organized (even now in the midst of the pandemic), and the dental care continues to serve us very well. I moved the the area recently and found this office from my insurance company's website. I was absolutely blown away by my experience from the time I walked in until I left. These people know true customer service. The lady at the front desk was very very nice and set great expectations. I overheard her coworker ask how she was doing, from what I picked up she was having a little bit of a rough morning but I was blown away and inspired how she didn't let that get in the way of her job and how she treated patients. I then got my teeth cleaned and X-rays taken and both the dental assistant and doctor were amazing and thorough! When checking out before I Ieft, both checkout ladies (even though only one was helping me) asked how my appointment was and were so sweet. It's funny how the small things add up not only to create a phenomenal experience but a better day in general. Easily the best dentist I have ever been to and I will continue recommending it to anyone and everyone I talk to!

My visit went very well. I appreciated the text updates on what was expected of me in this age of COVID-19, and was pleased with the ease of entry into the building and the treatment area. Staci was friendly, pleasant, and professional. I felt welcomed and at home although this was only my second visit to the office.
