Had a great first experience here for my daughters cleaning. They were friendly and quick. My only criticism is that our appt was at 8 and they unlocked the doors at 7:50. Dentist didn’t show until 8:30. Still. Not a long appt but could’ve been even quicker if they were a little more punctual. Highly recommend!

The receptionists and assistants were absolutely amazing. The dentist however was not. She barely spoke to me and when she did it was brief an explained nothing. She gave me no after procedure instructions after having 7 teeth extracted. Had her assistant not stopped me on the way out with instructions, I'd have been lost in the dark. My biggest issue with her was that she was unbelievably rude and condescending to her staff. And in front of patients, no less. Her air of superiority was palpable. I felt so awful for her staff.

I have been a patient here for several years and I am happy with the results. They are willing to explain my options for dental care and accept my decisions while providing the best care possible given the constraints of my annual and daily schedules. Kathryn from reception is a particular favorite of mine because she knows I am not an early morning person and called me with the first midday cancellation that happened when I needed a tooth extracted recently, saving me from having to wait several months with an iffy tooth. The entire staff is competent and friendly and I always leave the office in a good mood. I would have given them 5 stars but they do not offer gas for pain relief during extractions, which is what I would prefer.

Very thankful for the staff and their sensitivity to my daughter who was nervous about her visit. They were gentle and kind and rather than pushing to continue the appointment allowed her to calm down and to stop the procedures for the day. I am so thankful for that.

Dr. Marchant got me sufficiently numb, did a great job. Bri is an amazing assistant. Thanks for the professionalism! MCDC-Marquette is a wonderful place to be.

Everyone is super friendly, and I felt like my teeth were extra clean when I was done. I love this place!

If you have dental anxiety make sure you get the guy dentist, DO NOT GET THE LADY DENTIST, i cant remember their names but shes not the one. I had an emergency dental situation about a month ago and the guy was able to help me and was absolutly amazing. He was super nice and made sure i was comfortable, let me know before he did everything, and poked around to make sure I was completely numb before moving forward. This is not the case with the lady dentist. I went to her yesterday and literally had to leave with no work done because I was having a panic attack. She was pretty cold and unpersonable from the start, she didnt tell me before either of the two shots she put in my mouth, like she was talking to the person that helps her as she was giving me the first shot cause I remember thinking, "oh okay I guess we're starting now", didnt even wait a whole minute for my face to numb before she started. I also thought she was gonna poke around to see if I was actually numb but she immediately started pulling at my teeth. I had to stop her and ask if I'm supposed to be numb yet because I'm not, and she just said "yeah that's why I gave you shots." they were squeezing me in between appts so I was appreciative of that however it truly seemed like she just didnt want to deal with it and was trying to get me out of there and also that she didnt have to respect me as a person (unless that's just really how she treats everyone, which would be hard to believe). In conclusion, everyone else I've encountered there is super nice and professional and if you have an emergency they seem to be good at getting you in quickly, however if you're someone like me who has anxiety already, let alone at a dentist, I would highly highly suggest not using the female dentist.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The lack of staff in our area makes an overload on the people who work there and they really do their best to keep a positive environment.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Do not go here. The one Dentist they had that was professional and nice left. I tried to set up another appointment and the receptionist Katherine was very rude to me. I was talking with her very nice, yet the whole time she had a rude tone. I'm not the first to complain about the receptionist either. She was trying to make a missed appointment, to which I had no prior knowledge of, look as if it was all my fault. I told her that the fault must be mutual. I have all my paperwork and no evidence of any appointment scheduled on the date she specified. After stating facts and telling her I had the worst dental experience of my life there 7 years ago. I was worried of going to another dentist that works there. The entire conversation seemed strained. I used one bad word not directed at any individual nor in a derogatory manner. It was simply out of frustration, to which I apologized immediately. She replied, "no appointments for you." I do not recommend this place. They are extremely unprofessional and always have been. They switch appointments around on you. Then blame you for when they're missed and when you try to explain....they are rude and lack understanding and compassion. This office is very disorganized and behaves antagonistically towards patients. In short they are highly unpredictable.

Very kind, were able to get us in quickly. Staff was friendly and helped put my child at ease. Dr. Ladd is very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us. Very, very happy with our care here.
