My Community Dental Centers ~ Marquette

I arrived 10 minutes late but they were very kind about it and still took me in for my checkup. Everyone was very nice, and knowledgeable. Very clean office as well.

All I can say is they are saviors. I'm not kidding. Worst tooth infection ever. The workers at the clinic got me in fairly fast and treated me right away. They were very nice and did the job professionally. I am very happy and very thankful for them caring and their work performed. Thank You ..

I had lost my previous dentist due to retirement and needed emergency help with a tooth problem! When I called they were very upfront about the delay to get service due to the pandemic! I was lucky to be seen almost immediately the office staff were phenomenal and the dental assistant was friendly and kind! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I felt the dentist was to busy to explain my options. I understand that I was being “squeezed in” but it only takes 2 minutes to explain it to me!! Otherwise I was thankful for the helpfulness of everyone else!!

I was called in quickly, the staff is and always has been friendly. My teeth feel amazing :)

The staff made me feel welcome. I was an emergency appt and they got me in right away. The dentist was amazing and they did a great job making me comfortable for my procedure.
Past experiences at dentist offices haven't been this great.
Im bad with names, but my dentist explained what the process of extracting a tooth was going to be like so I wasn't surprised. She also explained the after care and how important it was to follow the directions.
Her dental assistant was amazing too. Im an anxious person she kept reassuring that I was doing great and even held my hand to make me feel more comfortable.
I could not have asked for nicer people. Thank you so much.

I had a bad wisdom tooth that had me in tears this morning with it being broken off and swollen, ect. They got me in for an emergency appointment right after I called I knew I was going to have to patiently wait there until the very very nice Doc. Could give me the full attention and time for my tooth and so I did every one was so welcoming and nice around there. Problem fixed and was taken care of on such short notice for them. I highly recommend these people!

They were able to get me in as an emergency visit... I was brought back to get X-rays done and talked to one of the nurse/tech.... The informed me who I would be seeing I requested to see a different doctor due to the fact that I do not care for a doctor Allison (I believe her name is)...So my main person that I went with was Dr merchant I believe his name was... He looked at my x-rays and determined that I needed to have three teeth pulled at a following visit... I return back in a week to get my teeth taken care of... As he was extremely busy that day and was unable to take out the infected tooth.. he did decide to put me on an antibiotic that will help with the pain that I am in as well as helping the infection so that way he can pull out the infected tooth along with the two other bad ones close by since we are unsure exactly which one is infected..

I do recommend this place due to the fact that the front desk and nurses / tech people are extremely nice and Dr merchant seems like he is a very nice compassionate doctor that is there... The time we did for the emergency visit was very adequate and they were able to see me in a very timely manner without an appointment due to the fact of it being an emergency visit I was quite surprised at the shortness of time that it took to see me when I was quoted that it would be anywhere from right away in the morning when they open to all day maybe the next day or the next day so it was actually very nice that they were able to get me in quickly...

They were amazing for me a few years back, and super helpful, and got me in right away. And they have been extremely helpful with my son. Great with kids. Will always reccomened this dentist. Hands down. Thanks for all you guys do!

Fast and Professional! My mouth feels better than it has in quite awhile. Hygenist Laura made me feel comfortable and did a wonderful job. So grateful… Dr. Allison is also a proficient and professional dentist! Looking forward to being a return patient! Thanks! My teeth feel clean and fresh.. my smile is happier now! 🦋🦷

So impressed with the care I received at My Community Dental Center! Beyond impressed! The hygienist, Alisha, was phenomenal! She was so kind, the cleaning was very gentle, and she explained everything she was going to do before doing it. 10/10. I highly recommend!
