My hygienist was just wonderful. My only complaint is that they are so good it takes a long time to get an appointment. Overall always a great experience here.

I HIGHLY recommend this center. As a person with anxiety, I can attest to their professionalism and warmth. The staff are friendly, and Dr. Ladd has been amazing to me also.

Dr Danik was very gentle while doing my dental work. He was very nice and professional. His assistant was also very personable and kind. I was also greeted with kind ladies as well. Thanks guys!

Over sold me work. But they fixed the mistake no problem. Very kind people and helpful.

UPDATE: refund took 6 weeks. Had to make a credit card payment on interest I won't get back.

This office is definitely the place to go if all you're interested in is saving time. If you're needs require consultation with communication being exchanged between the dentist and yourself, my suggestion is find another option. Also, do not expect much by way of dental tech's as I've realized that no matter what the reason is for a patient sitting in a chair, and no matter how "routine" their tasks and skill set, you might as well talk to the wall. The dentist is very busy and rarely has a minute to give individual attention but it is a mistake to think your questions and or concerns can be fielded by assistant...the assistance is passed away with something generic "I'm not sure; we'll have to see what the dentist says" & the imposition placed on the staff is not forgiven and the patient's time is up and it's out the door until next time. IT'S NOTED THAT EXPERIENCES WITH CLEANING'S ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS REVIEW. Nor does this critique represent anything personal relative to the staff and individual personalities. Each team member within this office, is nothing but professional and respectful. It's just that if you require anything more than an assembly line

I have been blessed by the nice staff & The Dr. on all my dental needs they are always so personable and a quick call is all a person needs when something arises.

These people are the absolute worst. Every filling I have ever gotten from them has gotten messed up. I missed an appointment when I was giving birth to my son, so they refuse to fix their own mistake and have left me with dental infection after dental infection. Don’t go to them unless you want sepsis or abscesses. Even the response from the owner to this review shows how careless they are when it comes to patient health.

Overall this is a decent clinic. The costs are lowest in town. The reception staff is pretty decent. Never had a problem with them. The male dentist I think is name is Andrew is awesome. Did great work on my bridge and explained the procedure and aftercare thoroughly. He's very nice and concerned with patient comfort during procedure. Only complaint is a female dentist I cannot think of her name but her people skills are terrible. She's rude, sarcastic and talks about innapropriate things with the assistant during the procedure. She does not care about controlling patient pain during procedure and she does a crappy job. I have unevenly filed teeth from fillings she put in. I refuse to see her now. Another thing I noticed is that she is unbelievably rude to her staff. Like ridiculously unacceptably rude. Berating them in front of me. You can tell she has a superiority complex about her. I suggest requesting Andrew for a dentist if you go there. He's very professional and nice to patients AND his coworkers.

Pretty dope! Alicia and the rest of the staff we're friendly , professional and thorough. Which made my visit pretty amazing, as a dental visit can be🙂🙃

What a wonderful place. Extremely courteous staff everyone, very expert, I was traveling, in pain, they got me in immediately and did the work that was needed. Extremely affordable. Thank you
