Everyone At "My Community Dental Center" Are Amazing At What They Do. They Always Go Above & Beyond To Make You Feel Comfortable & At Ease. They Also Lend A Helping Hand To Hold Onto Or Squeeze During Those 'Scary'/Painful Appointments As Well! Excellent Staff & Very Clean Office. The View Of The Woods From The Dentist Chair Also Makes Appointments A Better Experience!

It all starts with great customer service which is what I received from Julie. She was so helpful and happy. Then I received great care at the Marquette office. I went in for an emergency visit and did not have to wait long. They too took great care of me. Thank you so much!!!

Connie I agree, teeth to be pulled rather than fix them right, every tooth they filled have fallen fillings out or they pull your teeth. Numb, what's that? Skim on it all. Staff is ok. Dentist not a people person. I'm scared to go back to them. I'm great ful to have the opportunity to get the care I so have, but why is it so ruff to get the proper care, we are humans with feeling's, maybe they outta take that into consideration. Now don't get me wrong, I'm just voicing my opinion, I do get along with them, but Bedside manners are poor. And use the least possible product to make it rite sometime the first time around. No. I'm not contradicting myself on here... This is what it's like going here, Never know what you going to get. When you teeth got pulled and they wouldn't numb you more. This has been told bye many patients from here. So where is the fairness stand and apply.

For the most part the Dentist and hygienists are nice and pretty professional. I am a bit displease; however, with an issue this morning. I was called on Friday that they had to move my appt. from Monday. There wasn't many openings so they put me at Tuesday which I was sure would be fine. My way there was suddenly no longer able to bring me and since it was almost 9am I called to resechd. I never cancelled before. I was told I had to cancel 24 hours ahead. I didn't knowI was going to run into the issue. I was also supposed to have been seen yesterday. So, end result, I do not understand why such harshness. I fully understand how important it is to keep appointments and for the first time I could not make good on it. I am so shocked over this I am not sure I can even return to them.

Great service and friendly staff. Had to get extractions recently and the healing time was way faster than my other dentist when I had to get an extraction. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks MCDC!
