I have a lot of work to be done and was rather anxious abt it. The tech, Jeff, was so personable and put me at ease. Dr Semann is not only a great dentist but so vibrant. Front office staff, Lynn and Inessa awesome in working thru insurance and budget options. Would highly recommend this office!

Really good office, couldn’t recommend more to anyone who gets anxious about dentist visits. Hannah the hygienist was very gentle and Dr Semaan and Dr Lundy we’re both very informative and made me feel like my health was of the utmost importance. Very professional.

My elderly mother made an appointment and evidently they utilize a call center in making these appointments. I leave work early to take her to this appointment as she doesn’t drive my mom gets inside and the receptionist says there was a mistake made by the call center and her appointment was another day. My mom comes out and say they gave her another appointment. I sent her back inside asking her to tell them could they at least accommodate her for the inconvenience she goes back and comes back out and says they said no. I go in and explain she doesn’t drive and I left work early for an appointment we were told was scheduled so the receptionist tells me they can put her in an emergency slot but she will be in for a wait. So let me recap my mother was scheduled an appointment that was made incorrectly by the call center and instead of this office just seeing her for the error the resolution is sticking her in emergency slot where she would wait for hours due to no fault of her own. I call that poor customer service and that is why I made her an appointment somewhere else. We are both convinced if we were not African American they would have been more accommodating.

I'm glad I decided to go here. So clean and fresh. Everyone was so friendly, I disn't feel as was being rushed. The staff knew what they were doing, made sure I knew all my options and took the time to figure out how much my cost would for each option.

I had been having some intense jaw pain recently and I googled a place to go where I didnt need insurance. They offered free xrays for your your first appointment and thought it was going to be helpful for my cause. I called and told them I was having a lot of pain and it was an emergency. They had no appointments but said I could walk in anyways since it was an emergency. I told the two front desk ladies who helped me that it was an emergency. I was told that they couldnt do any extractions that day but they would squeeze me in for an appointment the next day. I was really thankful! Next day I came in for my appointment and not one single person cared about why I came in. I said a few times I had intense jaw pain and they just hurried me and ushered me through xrays and tried to start selling me on invisalign. They insisted I needed 3 teeth taken asap, but also would need a teeth cleaning beforehand - but their surgeon wasnt in for 3 more weeks.... so there was nobody available to take care of my issue at all and they were just worried about selling me more services. I felt really tricked and that nobody listened. I actually came to the point of tears because I realized that I had wasted all of my time there and that it was essentially a scam. They ended up reffering me to an outside surgeon with a slip because I was upset that I couldn't be helped, still saying I needed 3 teeth extracted. The surgeon at the next place (not Aspen.) looked at my xrays and told me that he wouldnt think to even pull the wisdom tooth as it was in a potentially dangerous spot deep in my nerves and it wasnt the cause of my pain. The cause of my pain is from intense teeth grinding from stress. He pulled 0 teeth and helped me with a plan to ease my pain. It scares me to imagine if I had let Aspen Dental take and do what they wanted to my mouth that my real issue would have never been solved. I have never felt worse or more dehumanized by "medical professionals". Go to a place where they will genuinely care and listen to you. Especially if youre already stressed out and underinsured.

The staff are definitely professional, knowledgeable. and considerate of your dental situation.
