I am very pleased with my experience. I had a crown replacement and cleaning. As a highly anxious person at the dentist, I was reassured that I would not feel a thing. And I didn't! Dr. Khan, Hygenist Judy, and Hygenist Ms. Don were all excellent. They were knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I still don't care for dentist appointments, but I can honestly say this was one of my best appointments. Thank you

So this is my 3rd time coming here.. I really wish I wouldn’t have came back after my initial experience. Which was an extremely long wait, continuously asking the same questions long process when checking in. Had an appointment today 2/10/23 & the heavy set lady that sat at the front seemed annoyed, I didn’t check in as soon as I told my children to sit, I walked out due to an important phone conversation so I kept my distance before checking in.. She looked at me waited seemed to get annoyed by it then proceeded to ask if I had an appointment I literally kept my distance for that reason to not be rude. I nodded my head and finished my call since I’ve arrived early anyway. So as soon as I got off the phone she walked away lol.. anyway she kept asking to verify the insurance after I’ve done that prior to my last visit. She Stated she couldn’t verify either & said it was inactive.. my very 1st visit they did the exact same thing to me but it wasn’t inactive but after waiting an hour they told me my insurance wasn’t accepted. Even though I had an scheduled appointment kind of annoying when you have to request off. But the front office really need more training in professionalism & common courtesy. I will not be returning just not worth it..

I came on here and was truthfully shocked at the poor reviews. I’ve gone to a lot of different dentists in my life as I’ve moved around a lot growing up. Lo and behold I found myself (again) starting new and I found Signature Smiles. I came for their new client special and received an incredible amount of care and advice. I mentioned I felt my previous dentist did not send me off with adequate home care instructions and asked for advice on how to improve my dental health. Today was my second cleaning, and I’m thrilled with how gentle the hygienists were both times! As someone with dental anxiety it is so relieving to find a place that is as comfortable as this office!!!

This is the worst dentist experience I ever had in my entire life. I'm still having nightmares from her. I haven't eaten properly since last Nov22. Thank God I found a real dentistry to correct her malpractice, she running from room to room and not washing her hands almost killed me, the next morning I woke up with Covid 19 form her sticking her nasty hands in my mouth. One day she's in your network and than the next day she's not and have the nerve to send me a bill even after she told us she was in our network. Is there racism in the density field yes it is and I have proof of it. And that fake root canal you done the root is still there, you will be hearing from my lawyer soon.

Be careful when asking if they take your insurance. They will tell you that they do but will neglect to mention that you are not in their network. Had a crown done at another office for a tenth of the price that they did it.

The doctors and staff are nice but the omission of being in network is a real problem.

I gave one star only to post this review! Signature Smile is practicing manipulation, fraudulent dental practice, and fraudulent billing. I'm right now looking at a bill from Delta Dental that's indicating that they were paid for complete denture-maxillary
and a mandibular partial-cast metal framework with resign. FALSE!!! The Dentist gave my partner 2 root canals with two temporary teeth that were too big to fit the sockets. He had the work done again then she left strips of plastic he found in between his teeth. He has had a rough time with this place. Do you know she charged him again for fixing the first slop job? STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE🚷⛔☢️⚠️
To signature smiles you are LIARS! I called and tried to discuss... No one would give me any answers. I was told someone would call me back and you NEVER DID..! WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER. You should be ashamed of how you are price gauging and stilling people hard earned money!!! 😡😠

Anyone who may be scared of the dentist should come here and have work done by Dr. Khan and her staff. I had a crown done here and I did not feel a thing. Dr. Khan makes you feel comfortable and puts you at ease. The office has a great crew in the front and back and they love to laugh and have fun. If you're looking for an office with a fun and caring staff, definitely check them out. You won't regret it.

I started my journey in March of 2022. I had previously gotten veneers that started to crack and chip.So I went to get a consult.I needed a lot of work done extractions ,bridge,crowns,implants and my cracked veneers fixed.I was seen by Dr.Khan and her dental assistant Judy made me feel so comfortable I was extremely nervous and afraid because of the pain from both my pockets and my mouth. When I say they treated my with the upmost care that I have ever experienced.From starting my treatment plan also working within my budget.I have already gotten most of my work done. And it was the best experience being that I got 6 extractions 2 implants done all in one day.Dr.Khan made it almost painless.Her and all her team Judy, Nigel,Dawn and Joey took awesome care of me! I recommend this dental office to everyone out there looking for inexpensive high quality care.

Had a partial done less than year ago. It did not fit properly and I returned for adjustment on several occasions, however eventually I stopped wearing it due to severe pain it presented when inserted. Eventually I started treating at another facility due to other areas of dissatisfaction with this place. Now they refuse to give me a refund indicating that it has been over a year (it has not) and that they were not given the opportunity to correct or repair the problem.
I had to have a tooth extracted and the dentist at this place was unable to numb me properly and proceeded to pull my tooth regardless. I experienced the most pain of my life and thus I have never returned to this facility to have any other work done!!!
