The Whole experience at the FOREST LAKE ASPEN DENTAL was awesome. Straight Forward, transparent, informative and very detailed. This is the way a customer experience should be. Staff was friendly and compassionate. The Dentist was patient with his patient, and they made sure I knew all the details of every step of my journey towards recovering my oral health for the better. Nothing like walking into a place you have never been, and being treated like Royalty. I would absolutely recommend Forest Lake Aspen Dental

Wonderful Staff and a great environment. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. They helped me figure out financing that is allowing me to fix my teeth and my dental hygienist and dentist did a wonderful job of going over everything with me. It didn’t feel long and dragged out like other appointments have at other places.
All around great environment, great staff and will be my new dentist for years to come.

Dr Will was amazing ! He got me in as an emergency patient and treated me like he has known me forever! His dental assistance was also wonderful and patient ! They did such a great job of explaining what they were doing and making sure I had no pain! I give them an A+ and I will be referring anyone that needs dental work done …

Dr Will and the team at Aspen dental were amazing. This was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve ever had at any sort of medical facility. From the moment I called in to book my appointment, to the moment I walked out the door to go home I was impressed with their flawless ability to be compassionate, professional, and ultimately, their ability to treat my broken tooth. I’m mentioning Dr Will because his name stands out the easiest in my memory now - but every single team member I interacted with deserves to be recognized and applauded for their work well done. It’s nearly an hour drive for me to get to their office, but I’ll be back for every dental need I have as long as that team is mostly there.

Very appreciative of Aspen Dental in Forest Lake. I had emergency tooth pain and needed a root canal day before Thanksgiving. They took care of my issue and relieved my pain! Took away my fear of root canals. Very kind, caring and knowledgeable dentistry. Would definitely recommend.

Only because I've seen a couple of people getting upset about this: Yes, they don't offer same-day cleanings if it's your first time ever using them for your dental care. Expect to be there for about 30 minutes to an hour if it's your first time. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and empathetic. If you choose William as your dentist, prepare to have the friendliest dentist they have! William has a ton of energy and a great sense of humor! From just my first visit, I could tell he's extremely detail-oriented and cares deeply about dentistry and patient care. I think they said their first two visits are free and for $30 they'll do a visual mouth-cancer screening. They also take detailed color scans of your teeth and show you what they see when they're inspecting/cleaning your teeth and I've never had that kind of visual given to me before. It was amazing.

The staff are absolutely friendly & Professional. They do amazing dental work that I’m very grateful for their help with taking their time to educate me on oral dental and over all options for the type of procedures they offer. I felt safe and comfortable. With my over all insecurities with the issues I was having. One they they didn’t do that most dentist office do is shame you and make you feel horrible about your dental hygiene to scare you into unnecessary surgery’s. They aren’t one bit pushy at all as others do to make a sale and emptying your pockets. I’m very appreciative and happy with the results and definitely recommend this location to anybody who is looking for dental work.

Front desk was very welcoming, Dental Assistant Amanda was great with X-Rays and making sure I was comfortable! She also did a 3D scan of the inside of my mouth, which I'm not sure I needed to see! (I've had a lot of work.) The hygenist, whose name escapes me, was also very pleasant and professional as she measured my gums and such.They have all the state-of -the-art equipment so Dr. Tran could could help me make an informed decision on my treatment plan. Then office-manager Tony was very helpful and specific on what my plan would cost. Overall a very pleasant experience!
