Do we ever get over the hesitation of going to the dentist or toss aside the fear of sitting in "the chair"?; and do we ever notice that they start talking to us once they have put all kinds of stuff in our mouth and then we are suppose to ask or answer questions once we are in this position?
I have had a lifetime of dental procedures, so I do know a bit about this. That is why I can write this review to give all of you an unbiased prospective of the dental office of Dr. William Tran/Aspen Dental and his staff.
I can contest to the fact that the office, staff, and equipment is kept to the highest quality and cleanliest standards. The moment one steps into the lightly lit waiting room, the real sparkle comes however, from Carly who will first greet you the moment you walk in the front door. She has a style and grace that will process you through your first steps with calmness and confidence that surpasses any reservations you may have.
This is only your beginning of a journey well handled by Dr. Tran's staff to include Nan, Sonya, Albany, Carly, Allie, and Hannah. Each has their own expertise and they appear to handle their jobs with ease and confidence, taking away any reservations, ushering you through the procedures with the greatest of ease In other words, they take care of the things for you and are there along the way to answer any questions you may have.
Advertised as a free exam, I had no idea just how complete this would be until I experienced it. This is not just that little X-ray thing incased in a cardboard shoved in your mouth, but the whole enchilada complete with full mouth series and 3D photographic imagine pictures that is sent to a computer in the next room to be viewed by Dr. Tran and his assistant who goes over it with scrutiny, quietly speaking to each other in their dental language.
Meet Nan, who not only takes these X-rays, she is also one of Dr. Trans assistants. I had the privilege of first watching her in the X-ray room, as she glided around the X-ray machine snapping the pictures as if she was on a dance floor and knew all the steps; she did. This woman comes with experience. If you are going to pay for something, why not have the very best; She it! Her years of experience and friendly mannerisms shows up in everything she does.
The moment Dr. William Tran walks in the room and starts talking, why, one immediately takes a liking to the guy. He has a personality that lights up the room. the guy is not only likable, he has a gift. There are a lot of good dentists in the world, but Dr. Tran has gifted hands with a personality to match. He likes questions. Ask him; he will answer them...before he shows all that stuff in your mouth. He surrounds the room with such positive energy it certainly must help him out. And for challenges, he loves them too. He's good, I mean really good at what he does and he's likely to go a long in his career.
If you are cold, they will bring you a blanket or two. Now who ever heard of that? They all just care that you are as comfortable as can be so as to not have an uncomfortable experience.
Once your visit is over, there is the computer savvy Allie, and gentle Hannah who will process all your paper work. They can even let you know what your recommendations are and the cost of each.
So there you have it. Dr. William Tran and his medical staff is there to do their expertise on you.
My suggestion: Try him. You're going to like him.
