This is the best dental office e ever. Everyone e is friendly and down to earth. There is no scolding or making you feel you weren't doing a good jog, even if you weren't. They explain everything to you and answer all your questions. First time I. 70 years I haven't mined going to the dentist. Try them for yourself and you will see.

The hygienist I have seen for years and was booked with wasn’t there and I didn’t receive a call to let me know which they have always done in the past. The hygienist I had was a temp and she was fine but I would have appreciated a courtesy call. They asked me to come back in 4 months but don’t have openings for 7 months. Now that is unacceptable to me. If I don’t like the dentists as much as I do I would be out of there. If you can’t take care of the patients you have had for 15+ years then maybe you should quit taking new patients. I will give them another chance but this was my most disappointing visit ever.

I have not gone to the dentist for over 20 years. I need deep cleaning. It required 2 appointments. My first appointment went very well. Britney tended to my needs. Made me as comfortable as possible.
My 2nd visit was a bit uncomfortable. But Britney was very thorough with her cleaning. She triple checks her work. The result is very impressive.

The dental assistant, "Cholette" was outstanding! She is a new part time member to your team but a real asset. In my opinion as a long-term customer after she completes her remaining schooling you should strongly consider bringing her on board full time. She currently has the skills; a good communicator, great attitude, confident, willing to succeed.
