I was going to this same dentist for a long time, so when they told me I needed to do two crowns I got two crowns. When I told them I was in pain they did nothing for me. I came back to have Dr. Jagger do 4 bite adjustments, and she told the assistant whilst in my mouth that she should have charged the crown company for her time. I wish I could have charged them for mine. I came in with no pain, and left with pain and a large bill. I wasn't ready to foot the bill on having anything fixed right away because money was tight, but after a few months of eating on one side of my mouth, these teeth needed root canals. These guys never followed up about the pain they had caused, but they did about the bill. Thank you Dentistry for the Entire Family.

Dentistry for the Entire Family is a 10 Star establishment in a 5 star rating. They are professional, highly knowledgeable, and efficient all he while being super-personable. Donna is very helpful with billing and follow-up appointments that are needed. Doc C is the best at taking care of minor and major issues with teeth. He hires the best staff. They are highly qualified and extremely friendly. Sue and Emily are the fantastic when it comes to working with patients. They can chat you up and clean your teeth while making you feel like your catching up with friends. When I was recently in Emily cleaned my teeth. I almost forgot I was at the dentist we had so many laughs.
I highly recommend Dentistry for the Entire Family as they have treated me family, like their own for 20 years.

Miss communication during registration. I was told that my daughter could get her teeth cleaned and I could fill out the paperwork when I arrived for my appointment an hour later. Not true, and not a problem. My daughter also said that her hygienist was "a bit rough" but was ok. My experience with the front desk women was a solid 2.5 out of 5. On the bright side, Danielle was my hygienist and she was fantastic! I have very sensitive teeth and she did her job perfectly! The dentist (whose name I forget) was very friendly and informative. For myself, it was a great first time visit. Will definitely be going back.

Dr. Laing is the best dentist I have been to, and there have been many. He is extremely competent, kind, caring, gentle, and takes the time to explain issues and options. I highly recommend him!
