I called to schedule my whole family for appointments and let them know I was open to scheduling on different days to make it easier for them and they insisted on scheduling all on same day to make it easier for me! Other places have always thrown a comment up in the air that will make me uncomfortable about bringing all my kids at once but Dentistry For The Entire Family was very welcoming to all of us. Their staff is wonderful and each had the best of attitudes with my kids. Will definitely be sticking with this place for a while!

Still having significant trouble a year later with two crowns done here. Really disappointing. They seem so nice in the beginning - until they aren't...
I have UCare health insurance plus Medicare (MediCARE, not Medicaid) plus additional dental coverage through Delta Dental. I pay monthly for all three of these, but evidently DFTEF feels they don't get enough money off me to bother. As soon as they drain whatever coverage you have, they stop being cheery and give you the bum's rush - and they do not fix the poor work they have already done. You are on your own!
The woman in the scheduling/billing office, however, is lovely and very helpful. She is the only reason I continued there for as long as I did. Unfortunately, she is not a dentist.

I had deep cleaning done today and I couldn't be more pleased. I was treated very well and the cleaning process was under two hours but Emily did a fabulous job!!! The desk person can use more customer service.

I switched to Dentistry for the entire family in the past year and I am so impressed! Everyone is so friendly. I forgot to schedule my husband’s 6 month cleaning in advance and when I called to schedule last minute, they were able to make it in just a couple of weeks. Most places You have to wait months. I love it here and have no intentions to leave!

I emailed at 7:15am about an appointment and received a response at 7:30am for a same day appointment due to a wisdom tooth. Everyone was extremely helpful! I had lost my wallet and they were able to look up my insurance info for me. Very friendly all around. So glad I found them!

I needed to get in right away due to my crown came off. Although they were very busy with only one dr on staff, they found time to get me in. They took theirs time and made sure the job was done right. All the staff was friendly as they always are. I love this place!

Dr. Cretzmeyer and his staff have been wonderful to me for almost 20 years. Everyone is patient, understanding and caring. I lost my crown while in St. Louis recently and flew back to MN for a few days to have Dr. Cretzmeyer look at it. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. His assistant at this appt was Kat and she was so sweet and kind and even took the time to switch me to another room because the nitrous didn’t seem to be working in the room I was in. She never made me feel badly about it or that I was wasting their time. She just wanted me to be comfortable. This is one of the reasons that no matter where I am, I will always go to Dr. Cretzmeyer for my dental work.

I had to have a deep cleaning here after 7 years of no dental appointments and it went great! No judgments regarding how long it had been since my last cleaning. And my deep cleaning was very mildly uncomfortable at worst - if that. No real pain or torture at all, plus the lady doing the procedure was very friendly and good at her job. :-)
