Once again, Dentistry for the Entire Family to the rescue. I broke my temporary, with no fault to them, my mistake. I called and they were willing to fix it the same day. Only gave 2/5 mainly because of the billing office. Procedure and front office is nice, but after my last appointment to pay. They had me pay for a bill that wasn’t processed with my insurance and definitely overcharged me, and I had to talk with my insurance company about it. And was also told the whole procedure would be a certain price, yet the total was a couple hundred more. If I knew before, wouldn’t have done it. Therefore, not coming back. Overall dentists and assistants were very friendly.

I got in right away (maybe even a little early). Everyone at every part of the process is so friendly. I don't love going to the dentist but they really put you at ease! I have recently switched to this dental office because they were able to crown my tooth that broke, when my previous dentist said I would have to have oral surgery, miss 2 days of work and it was going to cost more than $1000.00 more than what I paid for the crown. I was glad I sought out a second opinion and now I have a new GREAT dentist and dental office!

I have had poor dental experiences for much of my life. I have always hated going to the dentist and dreaded my appointments. My visit today changed most of that. Everything from the first phone call to walking in the door made me feel welcome. The staff was friendly, they were fast, efficient, and presented me with options instead of the usual you will do this. When my new patient exam took less time than expected they were able to look at their schedule and get me in for a cleaning that day. It may seem small, but not having to come back for a second appointment was a big plus. Of course the technology they have and the noise cancelling headphones were awesome, but at the end of the day, it was their staff that made it somewhere that I will keep coming back to!
