Worst dental office I've been to. I'm in need of very extensive and expensive work. Absolutely no communication from this clinic at all. I have asked for some kind of plan of action for my teeth, 3 months later i still dont have one. They cancelled on me 3 times, then claimed i was a nocall no show and billed me for that day. I didnt take my temporary partial out of the office due to it not fitting (it wasnt even close to fitting in my mouth) they claim i did take ut with me and only gave me a partial credit.
I finally had enough and went somewhere else, come to find out that aspen is not the cheapest. Quote i got (even with my dental benefits now being almost maxed out because of aspen billing for items they shouldnt) was $5000 less than aspen dentals quote. After first visit at new company i had a complete care plan broken down by each visit along with the cost of each visit. I left with all the answers i had repeatedly asked aspen and never recieved.
Do better Aspen, you arent even meeting the minimum expectations.

All the staff were very pleasant. They ran a little behind that day due to system being down. Doctor was very informative as the appointment went on. 2nd time there and both times, I've had great experiences. I definitely recommend this location in Hutchinson.

I am very pleased with my Aspen Dental experience. The staff have always been professional, caring, and knowledgeable.
They offer a great plan to make payments . As you know dentures and oral work can get very expensive if a person does not have insurance to cover them. I was thrilled to be able to get my procedures done, and have a reasonable payment plan.
I want to say Thank You to everyone at Aspen Dental for making me feel comfortable and at ease.

The most relaxing, comfortable, and dare I say enjoyable dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff from reception to labs to hygienist to dentist were friendly, knowledgeable and listened to every concern. In the end we came up with a dental plan that works perfectly for me Thank you Aspen Dental Hutchinson!

Amazing and detailed high tech 3d scanning with x-rays that you can see and watch right in the patient chair! However, as it turns out they are pretty great at DECEPTION!! An EMERGENCY visit for a BROKEN tooth was taken seriously AT FIRST... they ended up giving me a LIST of things including an electric toothbrush.. They told me about receding gums, from overbrushing only on one area of my mouth and to "treat" this there was a list of things the hygienist needed to do the big one being an expensive "deep cleaning" routine visits. That may be the case however when booking an appointment for the filling I was told the Dentist was OUT for the WHOLE week AND they said I HAVE to see hygienist FIRST..... So they expect me to shovel money out on this "deep cleaning" and no not regular cleaning in order to do anything to the broken tooth that lead me there in the first place. . .

Extremely satisfied!! I fell and knocked out my two front teeth, the were able to get me in right away. Very friendly staff and the Dr. was wonderful. Gentle, calming and very informative. Would recommend to anyone.

Super nice staff, and they make things super smooth and simple. They are very thorough and show you and tell you what they are doing and show they care about your health and wellness. Just moved here and 1st place I picked and an amazing place. Will be continuing to go there.

Could tell they were master's with their hands and didn't let the tools slip when scraping/cleaning/rooting & scaling my teeth.
They helped me figure out about payment options and applying my new insurance like they were as invested in helping me save money as I was.
They also made sure I was able to see the xrays, and was explained to about what everything meant and what they were gonna do.
They feel more like personal friends/family who actually care rather then just somebody doing their job and whom are unattached, which is nice for first time customers there who don't already know them.
