Dr. Ishmel is so wonderful and cares about what he does and for his patients and it just keeps going their office manager Ashley is amazing and puts her heart on the line for Aspen and the customers fully and willingly and Pam Cady one of the Dr's attendee's OMG just so caring and wants nothing more than her patients to be as comfortable as possible and leave knowing they are truly cared for.

Scheduled a 'cleaning', get there and was told "oh no, we don't do cleanings on a first appointment, you'll have to schedule that for another time". They did 'make room' for me when I let it be known I wasn't to happy, I took the day off to do ALL my appointments so this was a serious inconvenience of time line of other appointments. Will not be going back to Aspen Dental in Hutchinson, MN.

Virgil had a back tooth extracted. The Dentist and his assistant made sure he was comfortable. He made sure the novacain had deadened the area around the tooth. Then he pulled it. Virgil had no pain or no pain after it was pulled. Two days later I asked him how it was feeling and he said: Piece of Cake! Virgil is 91 and has Parkinson’s.
The price was half of what it would cost elsewhere.
