My husband had a pretty bad tooth ache and without insurance we were in a panic to find an affordable but good quality dentist . We were able to schedule him the very next day and from the moment we walked in the staff was absolutely amazing. All staff was happy , funny and genuinely upbeat. They addressed his bad teeth and removed them with out pain or a traumatic incident. We were able to sign up for Carrington discount program and all the work, x-rays , and extractions ended costing us way less than we figured out . I am very happy with the staff and service and we will continue to get the rest of my hubby's dental work done here .

First time going to Aspen Dental and I was so impressed the service was awesome they were very detailed and very friendly. I cracked a tooth from eating a piece of candy and they got me in right away. Other clinics would not even set appointment with me because they were too busy. I had a great experience. Very understanding. They listen to me understands why I dont like a dentist. They made me feel relaxed. Can't wait to be able to eat again. They explained everything they where going to do to help me. I just want to thank everybody for their understanding and kindness.

Went here two years ago with tooth pain, only for them to send me away because “they didn’t see anything wrong”. Went to another dentist after being in severe pain that was only relieved by cold water, to finally get answers and get it fixed. My daughter, 6, now needed a cavity filled. I called to make an appointment and asked if they would fix it the same day, and was told they like to get it done as long as there is time. When I got there, I asked again, and was told the same thing. Waited 45 minutes only for the hygienist to tell me they can’t work on little kids there. So I wasted so much time on them 2 times now. DO NOT GO HERE!!

My dental insurance made me go here. I was pressured to buy a $100 toothbrush at my visit and pressured to have a crown put on a perfectly good wisdom tooth. Went back to my former dentist for a second opinion and was told the tooth didn't need any work.

Awesome place to get cosmetics and dental treatment done. The staff there are very thorough in exams, pricing, and future appointments. My dental hygentist, Courtney was amazing. She eased my anxiety about the payments for both dental cleaning and cosmetics. She is very educated in her career and wants the patient to ask questions. She does an amazing job at the in-office teeth whitening and dental cleaning. She also explained to me that my previous dentist did not fully fix a cavity and that I should discuss this with my previous dentist to get it fixed for possibly free. Highly recommend going here! I considered Aspen Dental for an urgent root canal. My previous dentist was not able to get me in for over 2 months from my initial diagnosis. Aspen was able to get me in for an initial consultation to come up with a treatment plan. They were able to schedule a procedure within a few days. But that’s where the pros ended for me.
The Dr. I saw was an older woman who seemed knowledgeable at first. But she began to get very pushy and condescending. She said she could indeed do the root canal for me, but that she required I get a crown as part of the procedure. Even after I explained that I was aware of the importance of a crown, but could not afford one, she continued to talk down to me as though I didn’t understand. Now I understand that a crown is strongly recommended, but I also know they are not nearly as necessary as she implied. I already have 3 that I’ve had for several years, 1 over 5 years now. She lied to me and said that if I didn’t get a crown, my tooth would dry up and shed have to pull it within 6 months. This is where she lost my respect.
Then once I got to the front desk to go over my quote and schedule an appointment, they first began telling me I needed a large number of mouth wash treatments and that they included an electric tooth brush on the quote as well because they highly recommend them. They were more concerned about upselling a tooth brush, crown and services to me than they were about actually addressing the real problem which is severe pain caused by a bad tooth.
I went home with a bad gut feeling about this place and I generally trust my instincts. It felt more like a pushy car salesman than it did a dental office. I canceled my appointment and have found another dentist.

They get 2 stars for the cleanliness of the facilities and prompt service. However, the way I was treated may explain why the schedule is so open...

The staff was welcoming and kind and helpful if you need, they even help to your car if you need that too.
They remind you when you have an appointment that you made it ahead of time the dentist explain everything along with the staff. The staff is real courteous and helps you understand how x-rays of your mouth we'll work on a scan. They've got all kinds of financing to help you get your teeth fixed. Call Aspen Dental and they'll take care of it all. Hutchinson Minnesota tell him I sent you.

Worst place ever!!! My husband had a upper denture made here and it was defective from the start. He has now had to go in and have it “fixed” 3 different times and is on his way once again to get them “fixed”- obviously none of them worked. Save your time and money go anywhere but here
