Friendly staff and explain plan of care in detail

I thought thy were very thorough and direct. I knew what needed to be done for the most part but instead of supersizing the treatment for the most profit, thy were precise, and made perfect sense and showed what and why with nos reserve or hesitation..Obvious that the patients well being came fist. They were the only dentists that EVER asked about peripheral conditions which the others have ignored.. Time is an element here where when an infection starts I have a small window before it causes damage. My previous dentist think have all the time in the world..and have cause this on two occasions and Ill not let them do it a third. I was confident in them off that alone. accepted insurance is possibly a problem. the state funded "Delta Dental" or employer funded.. That I do not understand..But I haven't finished discussing the matter with them either.

From day one of stepping into Aspen Dental we were lied to. My husband was told he needed a couple of teeth removed and a partial denture. We were quoted a price on the temporary partial and also quoted a price for the permanent partial. Then there was aa change in dentist at our location. The new dentist pulled his teeth and was pretty rough about it. My husband ended up having to go into the ER die to this and the dentist acted like it was nothing. Then the plan of his treatment changed along with the prices we were given previously. In total the dentist that was there changed 3 or 4 times since the doors opened. Each time the treatment plan changed along with the price. We went from $1000 to over $10,000 . Aspen does NOT stand behind their work not treat people with care. My husband's partial broke in half, we were charged our deductable and about $120 just to fix the partial plate. Then when we went back to get his partial that they fixed, it was brought out to us in the main lobby inside of a baggy with a green liquid in the bag as well. There was ABSOLUTELY NO PRIVACY and no respect given to us from the staff when they brought his partial to him. Aspen makes you pay for your visit UPFRONT and they don't care about the patient. ASPEN DENTAL only cares about the money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING TO ANY ASPEN DENTAL. If you don't believe me, look up other reviews on Aspen dental BEFORE you get screwed by then as well

They are scammers looking to make money. I went there they were nice at first but after the end of my consultation they told me that they don't take my insurance should have told me that right away. Then they said I had $2000 worth of cavities that needed to be fixed and didn't even address my concerns of my sore in my mouth. So I decided to go to Gentle Dentistry down the road and they said I needed a root canal and I had no cavities! DONT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL IN HUTCHINSON MN. Scammers and not professional

I really like the atmosphere at Aspen Dental. The people were very nice. I was floored when I sat in the dentist chair and I seen a tv that I could watch while waiting for the doctor to come in and evaluate my mouth. They took me to another room and they gave me all a round ex-ray of my mouth that I have never gotten from my own dentist. The dentist came in and we talked about my needs. I think that I will come back and have some crowns put on my teeth.

I was taken in on time, Courtney did a great job on my teeth and explained what she was doing.

My wife called and made appointments for my son and I at the Hutchinson office . I brought the insurance card from my wife's work. Gave it to the lady at the desk . I could hear them talking through the wall about my insurance card as if it wasn't real or couldn't contact the delta dental off of the info on the card. I told them all I wanted what was covered by my insurance. They continued to push some gun cleaning and I refused. I left not wanting to return . I then received a bill for 350 . I called they wanted info that wasnt on my card. I told them I googled he 800 number and spoke with delta dental and they verified to me I had dental. Long story short they wont send a bill to the insurance and it's in collections they want me to pay and then get reimbursed by them when or if they call or send it in. I am ready to call a lawyer. DONT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL HUTCHINSON THEY ARE CROOKS.

This office struggles heavily with getting a full time doctor. The doctor they have currently (Dr. Chandradatt) is very unqualified and has caused numerous problems with staff and customers. I'd steer clear of this place unless you personally know someone there and can vouch for what is happening there.

I had such a great experience, and I am so happy they are taking the reigns on my oral health!

My husband Dave went there and it is the best dentist to go to. We would recommend this dentist office to anyone. They treat you good and they tell you what is wrong in your mouth and you decide what you want done. They are really nice people there.
