We have been going to MG Family Dental with Dr. Grinde for over 10 years. Their staff is efficient and very friendly. You are able to stay with the same hygienist if you prefer which is very nice. They keep up with new information and state of the art equipment. They do not push you into advanced procedures until they feel it is truly necessary. I trust Maple Grove Family Dental.

Won't be back!!! Dentist (Chad) double dosed me with novacaine so he could leave me sitting there waiting for him so he could go work on another patient. No lie, he left me sitting there with most of my face numb for OVER 30 minutes. Don't understand why he was double booked and why he couldn't have waited to give me Novocaine until he was actually ready to work on my mouth.
Issue 2- you have to pay ALL of your co-pay the same day (even if you have insurance). I've NEVER had a dentist do this, I've always been billed after the fact. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time instead of them demanding $600 right then and there- not everyone can afford to do this!
Issue 3- I paid the $600 as required BUT they actually overcharged me over $100. I got the statement from my insurance company after they paid the claim showing the amount I should have paid to the dentist which was a difference of $100+ I waited two months thinking they would refund my money back to my credit card but they never did. I had to call multiple times asking them to credit the overpayment to my credit card. An honest company would have refunded the money as soon as they received full payment from the insurance company.

I met Dr. Chang at a Maple Grove Ambassador dinner and was so impressed, I stopped going to my old dentist and started coming to Dr. Chang. That was 9 years ago. My kids see Dr. Chang and also my Dad, who is 90. Dr. Chang and my hygienist Jen are very gentle and concerned about my comfort. Everyone there is very friendly and personable. The care is excellent. I highly recommend Maple Grove Family Dental and especially Dr. Chang and Jen.

I hate going to the dentist. I hate seeing the dentist, even to the point of the wife calls it a phobia. However, I went to Dr. Chang and he was great. Explained everything and really did his best to ease my concerns. The entire staff is phenomenal and now when I get the call to go back for my semi-annual checkups I actually make the appointment.
You can't go wrong with this outfit. The whole family goes there now a well. Highly recomended

From the first person who greets and updates health records, helpers taking yearly pictures, hygienist offering effecient service as well as being personable and the Dentist of high caliber to close and finish positively.
Today, all three Doctors were in house but even with all the staff collaborating with each other, the atmosphere was very calming. My Dentist
