Hopkins Crossroads Dentistry

Started coming here in December 2022 because my old dentist never had any openings. I would have to wait months on end for a simple cleaning. Just took one quick appointment to be seen by Dr. Henna Khare a few days after! She was very nice and knowledgeable I trust her to know what she’s doing she explains everything thoroughly which is very nice because i like to know what’s going on. You can always count on the front desk receptionist to answer phone calls quickly & get back to you with info in perfect time. Got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Johnson & everything went well! Love this place and everyone definitely recommend!

I had urgent need-I chipped a tooth & tried to get in several places then found Hopkins crossroads dentistry. My schedule is very tight but they have expanded hours.They were extremely kind,accommodating,& they were willing to work with me. Highly recommend them-all of staff were kind thoughtful & helpful. They are up front with cost & worked with me to come up with a plan to complete my treatment.

Such an amazing experience! Dr. J explained everything she recommended very clearly and we were able to get so much done right then and there! It was a painless and easy going experience. I hadn’t been to the dentist in longer than I’d like to admit so was nervous, but was completely at ease. Definitely recommend going here!

I have a fear of the dentist that kept me from coming for years. Both Des at the front desk and Dr. Khare were so kind and understanding they made me feel like I was in good hands. I saw Amanda the next day for a deep clean and she was awesome too, she did a very thorough job and I am excited to continue my journey to a healthier smile at Hopkins Crossroads Dentistry.

I just moved here from Georgia so I needed a new dentist. Before moving here I was seeing my regular dentist every 6 months for routine cleanings with no dental issues. The people who work here are nice but they definitely tired to overdiagnose me. They told me I had all these dental issues and I was like, so what you're telling me is my regular dentist has no clue what he is doing and was letting me leave his chair with all these dental issues? They told me I needed $8k worth of work and after my insurance coverage I would be paying $2k, I said no thanks but then they went into car salesman mode and tried to pressure me into getting the work did, after that I knew I needed to find another dentist. Went over to Wayzata Family Dentistry and the appointment was perfection from start to finish and was told that I had great oral health.

Clean facility located in an easy to find area. Staff is super friendly and informative. I came in for a routine cleaning, but ended up spending most of my morning there. I didn’t plan on getting a crown however being able to get that done same day was nice! Dez, Kendra, Tara & Dr Khare all did an amazing job with walking me through each step & process. I will be back here for future appointments!

Dess was very helpful and friendly in getting me checked for my first visit and giving me the information I needed. Jay and Amanda did my dental work and were so professional and gave clear communication on what they were doing. I recommend coming here for your dental work!

Went to have a crown put on, after they put it on, it hurts worse. I only have two fillings and after going there, those two hurt as well. Not sure how that would happen. Before I went back I asked for a different dentist and they gave me the same one anyway. I had to go back twice to try to get it fixed, hurts even worse now. Before this was done I told them I have retainers and wanted to make sure it would still fit after crown was put on. Was told yes, it's not even close and I can no longer wear my retainer. Will never reccomend or go there.

Very disappointed in this dental office. They value profits over patients. They will over-diagnose you and do not provide quality treatments. If you filter the reviews by bad reviews you will see many other reviews saying the same. They are buying their good reviews by offering patient discounts in return for good reviews. I wrote my initial review after my initial appointment because I was offered a discount if both my husband and I wrote one. The payments coordinator at the front desk asked me to write a review at least 5 times in 30 minutes which made me uncomfortable. During my appointment, I was told I needed over $5000 of dental work. Dr. Khare performed a “deep periodontal cleaning” during my first visit to the office. The entire procedure (all four quadrants of my mouth) was done in less than an hour when it should have been multiple appointments totaling at least 3 hours. I was also told I needed to have 2 crowns done immediately. After the appointment, I came to find that my insurance was billed thousands of dollars more than they had quoted me. I felt uncomfortable and untrusting of Hopkins Crossroads Dental and sought a second opinion. I am so glad I did because I found out that not only did I not need any crowns but that Dr. Khare had done a horrible job on my cleaning and it had to be completely redone just 3 weeks later. Both the dentist and hygienists I went to for my second opinion were shocked at how poorly my initial cleaning with Dr. Khare was done. I was told that if I had not sought a second opinion I would have had major problems due to all of the plaque she had left both above and below the gum line. You want to trust your dentist and trust that they are performing quality work and correctly diagnosing you, it is really sad that offices like this exist.

Got my crown replaced in like less than 2 hours and they let me watch tv! Great dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff! Would recommend especially for people who usually don’t like dentists!
