Long story short - this is the first dentist I have ever actually looked forward to going to.
Dr. Choi is so kind and gentle, and it's very apparent that she genuinely cares about all her patients and their health. My teeth have needed a lot of work, and she's helping me get my smile back.
The operations manager, Lou, is one of the friendliest people I have ever met and I always love seeing her. Every single time she's worked to get costs down for me and get me the lowest price possible. I'm very grateful!

When I was in a lot of pain and needed help Dr. Sarria at Knollwood was uncompromising in his care. As a new patient he did not hesitate to do everything in his power to help me and make me comfortable in the process. The entire staff that I interacted with was professional, friendly, and understanding. I would recommend this practice to anyone. The truly amazing people who work were boundlessly generous.

Knollwood Dentistry has been incredible! I have terrible anxiety at the dentist, I let the staff know right away. They've been extremely kind and caring during all my dental procedures.
During any procedure, the dentist has checked with me multiple times on my comfort level. I've never had a bad/painful experience here!
Highly recommend for anyone, especially those who have anxiety visiting the dentist!
Dr. Choi has been INCREDIBLE along with Dr. Unger! Thank you for all the wonderful work you do!

Loud club like music, in general it’s unkept in the office (dirty floors, scuffed walls, plastic coverings everyone touches who enter the room gloved or not), long wait times as well. Adding additional treatment without explaining why it would be beneficial and just sending in a secretary to access payment seems rude and occurs every visit. After my last 3 visits I am officially switching. I did enjoy my most recent dentist and am happy with her experience as she was the most professional dentist I encountered. They could easily do better just choose not to, which is unfortunate because their location is awesome for locals.

They overcharged my husband without telling him until he received his bill the next day. Also, they cancelled my appointment without contacting me. I had to find out my cancelled appointment when I arrived there to check in. Their communications with customers are terrible. If you go there for your appointment, DOUBLE check the cost you have to pay or they will sneakily overcharge you without telling you. Better yet, don't go there. The front desk worker/s are terrible but the dentist is great.

Be skeptical, get multiple opinions! Overall alright location and staff. It felt like the dental assistants were in training. Definitely should have got a second opinion on cavities they suggested they believed they found (haven’t had one in my life, they suggested I had 7) — north of $300 out of pocket. In the end I listened to the dentist and got the cavity fillings but largely felt I was upsold. Never have had any sensitivity in my teeth prior to going here — 2 weeks after, still dealing with sensitivity from the fillings. I am not upset by the bill, but just that my teeth will never be ‘natural’ again and it didn’t feel warranted.
Update: had to go to a different dentist to get a filling re-done, which insurance doesn’t cover.

Upon learning from my longtime dentist, who I hadn't visited for 3 years, they estimated I required $8000 in dental work. They couldn't complete all procedures in their office.
I began looking for one stop solution.
After visiting 2 other local providers who couldn't provide all procedures needed. I found Sheng at Knollwood Dentistry.
Sheng looked at the procedure's others estimated, created a complete solution from one location, Knollwood Dentistry. She assited me in navigating a duet of insurances, helped me figure out the right timing, and saved me a lot of money. Sheng ushered me trough the whole process, procedures and my financial budget. Within 4 months my mouth is now back to good health.
My primary Dentist from now on is Atlanta Roloff, DDS who is an extraordinary Doctor. She analyzed my situation, coordinated the proper plan and completed what I needed in less time that expected. Dr. Atlanta, uses state of the art equipment. I experienced ZERO pain and is the best dentist I have experienced in the 50 ++++ years of being uncomfortable being in a dentist chair. Many Thanks to the whole Knollwood Dentistry Team.

My old review got deleted… I guess they don’t like to advertise that they swap out dentists once a week, or at least used to.
I got 2 root canals done around 2 years ago, they had to redo them 3 times on BOTH sides because the crown tooth kept falling out after a week or two (talk about GREAT dentistry). And finally, the crowns I have in currently still hurt every single day. When i eat food i get a worse shooting nerve pain than i ever experienced. It’s like, you ripped out my teeth and nerves but for what? Years later i’m still in pain because it doesn’t feel like they actually took the nerve out ??
Edited to add: I'm 100% sure this is the correct location. My google name is not my real name, that doesn't matter in this instance. Warning others not to come to this location is WHAT MATTERS. You are BUTCHERS not dentists ! My teeth are in agonizing pain daily and this is the only dentist i've seen.

Friendly and accommodating staff, Dr. Stewart was so kind and gentle. The manager was excellent about going over costs and setting up a payment plan for what my insurance doesn’t cover

Went in on a Saturday with pain all over my face from a decayed tooth. They quickly got me in, x-rayed, diagnosed, reassured, insured, and started working on it! Everything about them was fast, painless, and professional. Each and every person that I spoke with was very caring and kind.
Wound up coming back for two root canals, which were absolutely painless! Then, 10 days later, new permanent crowns on numbers 7 and 10. These teeth look better in my mouth than my originals did, even when they were good! This will be my dentist from now on! I like walking out of there looking and feeling better every time! Thank you!!
