I went to Hopkins on 8/9/22 to see Dr. Huda Ibrahim. Dr. Ibrahim came highly recommended by employees at my current firm. I was also attracted by the fact that they offer later appointments (after 4 PM), which helps so that I do not have to burn up my PTO. From start to finish, I had a phenomenal experience. At first, I was having more issues with my insurance, but the benefits coordinator was patient and focused on addressing the issue. I started with X-ray scans and photos of my mouth with the problem managed. My time with Dr. Ibrahim was fabulous. She actively listened to my concerns, gave good advice for flossing, and provided good conversation even when working on my fillings and cleaning. Dr. Ibrahim identified two small cavities in my mouth and was willing to stay later to fill them (so I would not have to come back in for the filling procedure to be completed). I typically do not like just anyone working with my mouth (I have had dental issues throughout my entire life), but the staff was professional and courteous. I genuinely look forward to seeing them again in 6 months. I was excited that they could work with my night guard (readjusting), offer Invisalign, and create crowns in practice—finally, shout-out to the fact that they provide blankets for us cold folk in the office. Also, I love that you can make appointments via their website.

What a fabulous dental experience in Minnetonka! After my old dentist couldn't get me in for a cleaning for six+ months it was time to try something new. Hopkins Crossroads was a perfect fit - super convenient, appointments available and an awesome dental staff. I was greeted with many friendly faces and quick service. Dr. Jithendranathan was simply a delight! A gentle touch with cleaning and lots of attention to detail. I left smiling and confident!

It was fine, but not that impressed. Needed a new dentist and thought I would check it out. Definitely going to keep looking. My teeth have never hurt after a routine cleaning appt. as they did here. Also never had someone come in midway through my appt. and discuss payment options. Overall just an odd experience that definitely could have been better.
