Lady that took my x-rays was awesome. I warned them about my anxiety going into it. The actual doctor had HORRIBLE customer service skills and lacked empathy. He was rude and didn't even tell me someone would be in to see me after, thank me for coming, or say goodbye! He just walked out the door after telling me "if you don't want to take care of your teeth, that's your problem." Clearly I was there to do just that! I will be going elsewhere to get my teeth taken care of!!! I would never recommend that doctor to anyone!!!

I went into aspen dental after a horrendous experience at another office. I was emotional and fearful not only because of the peding procedure but because i do not have dental insurance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They did the most thorough exam I've ever had and calmly and patiently explained every detail of the treatment plan. They helped me with a finance plan and i was back the next day starting my treatment. I love Dr Berge his assistant, the hygienist. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you aspen dental.

Although the staff was incredibly kind and understanding, a 60 minute appointment turned into over a 120 minute appointment. The MOST disappointing was the fact that the dentist did not inform me that I had an abscess, or the severity of it. I was very candid with the fact that I was experiencing a great deal of pain above that tooth. As the day progressed, so also did the pain. It got to the point I ended up going into the local emergency room because the pain was unbearable. The ER physician immediately put me on antibiotics and something to help the pain. He was shocked to learn that I had already been into the dentist, yet they did not catch the abscess.

The staff were pleasant, but something this severe should have NEVER been missed. It is absolutely unacceptable.

Also, when receiving a print-out of the cost of all the services, there was also a charge for an electric toothbrush. $135. Must be in their contract with Oral-B, they must be getting a kick-back with every brush they "sell"..

Told me they took my Insurance, when I showed up tried to treat it as a state aid like I can't afford my insurance. It is stated my insurance put my birthdate wrong, cause cancellation of my policy but is being reinstated. So pretty much being told this rudely, also while they agreed to my face when I asked...is this going to be another hour of paper work? After running my insurance saying it will take only 15 min before my appointment. I have a abcess in jaw and tooth. I went to the emergency room for this. I haven't slept on 3 days front this swelling and pain. To come here be treated like I'm not worth their time and and second class. I'm writing this as I sit in here in horrible pain and I have to pay these people...

Wonderful staff. Very warm, considerate and professional. Dr. Lim and Tina make a great team. I haven't been to the dentist in years and they gave me the best smile I've ever had in my life.

I have received very good care as I go through a difficult time with my teeth. The staff, techs and assistance as well as the dentist have been very respectful and aware of my needs.

Very nice ladies at the front desk and the Doctor was super understanding and listened to my concerns. She did exactly what I asked regarding my treatment options and without hesitation.

The staff at Aspen were all very friendly and professional. Dr. Berge did a great job with my treatment. He patiently answered my questions and made the experience as positive as a trip to the dentist could be. I would highly recommend Aspen.

Pros:
full xrays and exam free
No insurance so got discount for cleaning
Cons: time management was ridiculous it shouldn't have taken 2hrs for an exam and cleaning.
First I was told I'd have to scheduled Another appointment because they'd only do exam. Excuse me?! Luckily they got me a cleaning when I was there.
Secondly I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time then so much delay in the room between things being done was just a joke.
Third the hygienist would not take NO for an answer to scheduled a 6 month appointment and she went ahead and scheduled it anyways after I told her 3 times I dont know work or school schedules in NOVEMBER! YEAH I'm canceling that.
Fourth dont push your products on me or suggestive sell you told me I had very healthy gums yet kept trying to push MI paste?! Really?!

What a mess! I scheduled an appointment to have a filling that popped out replaced. I chose Aspen Dental because they are available on Fridays, and I was going to be home on Friday from my traveling job.

They didn't do anything about my tooth that Friday. Instead they gave me a multi-visit plan to repair that tooth and a couple of others. They told me they needed to do a cleaning first, so I did that appointment. At that appointment they had me pay first, and wanted to sell me an electric toothbrush, oral cancer screening, and a fancy mouthwash.

When it came time to actually repair the teeth, the dentist ended up calling in sick on both appointments that I had set up. That's twice that I stayed home from work on the road (losing a total of 6 days because the trips are all or nothing) only to have the dentist cancel.

The worst part is that they slam you with reminders before the appointment! Each appointment got me 2 e-mails, 2 messages, and 2 phone call reminders! And that's AFTER I complained about the amount of contact prior to that initial visit where nothing was done.

I won't be going back, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
