I am very impressed with the care at Aspen Dental and the efficiency and competency of all the people working there. Another important factor is the cost of the care which for seniors that is a major issue. Quality care at an affordable cost is a major factor. First off the staff at this location are great. The dentist i had was great. I got a problem with the ethics. I went in for same day dentures. I had 13 teeth extracted, with no nitrous. All my top, 2 of bottom. The bill, over 5 grand. I paid 3,200 cash, ins covered 2,000 upfront. Bill fully paid upfront. So i get my teeth and the top are great but my partial on the bottom doesnt fit right. I go back in and they tell me i need a filling to make them fit right. 144 bucks, upfront. Im out of money at this point. I got same day dentures, but they dont fit. I guess when i get more money i will be able to chew food again... They cant cover the filling? Or bill me for it? They took all my teeth, i cant chew anything, wish they would have included it on my original plan. I guess I should have saved more money. I wish i never did any of it now.

Everyone was so kind to us! The dentist was very wise and helped us with our dental plan moving forward. Definitely looking forward to going back! Not many people can say that about their dentist. Thanks a bunch Aspen!

While Dr. Lo may be amazing, the receptionist, Shelly, is extremely rude. I called the office to confirm the hours, however, Shelly thought it would be appropriate to hang up on me. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. A receptionists can truly ruin potential new patients enrolling, as well as ruin a dental experience considering she is the person answering phone, and probably the first face you'll see at the office. If you know customer service isn't your thing, Shelly, don't apply for such positions. I was sure to inform management, as well as Dr. Lo about this unprofessional behavior.

I would not recommend unless you want to pay 200% more than the cost they tell you it is when signing paper work. My bill was $340, ins paid $180 I was required to take loan to pay remainder, which I did, bill paid--right? WRONG, I was sent a bill for $480 on top of what was paid!!! I couldn't get an honest answer why, they said it was an estimate at $340, hmm? Who gives estimates that increase bill by over 200%!!! They even had staff that ran it thru ins, if this is true she should be fired! Needless to say, they said they would address and call me back, they didn't, they put in collections, no call back!!! My opinion, they are crooked, estimates should not vary more than 10 to 15%. Tell me is this fair or right, you be the judge! I left their office with Bill paid only to find out it increased by $480 months after, WOW!! Main St dental is better alternative!
