In my recent visit my hygienist Odelia was as always, superb. She's professional but friendly and fun. Yes, making a visit to the dentist fun takes a real talent. Odelia Is the top in her field in my opinion, and is the main reason I've stayed as a patient for all these many years. Brenda at the front desk is always willing to be helpful and is a bright spot on patients first impressions. Dr. Schwartz professionalism and genuine care ensures my continued patronism. This office gets five out of five stars.

I highly recommend Gentle Dentistry! From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. (Mind you, I had a root canal done.) Brenda the office manager was an absolute delight, I felt her TLC over the phone. Then when I arrived I knew immediately I was in good hands. She set me at ease I would continue going just to see her! Dr. Schwartz and his assistant Abby were terrific. I feel very secure and confident with their work. I would genuinely refer anyone and everyone to try them. They are a great team and fit for me!

I've been working at Gentle Dentistry Spring Park for 8 years. As an employee I see how hard we work to make each experience as enjoyable and pain free as possible. That being said I have dental insurance that allows me to go anywhere and I choose Dr. Schwartz for myself and my family (despite the 45 minute commute). I know he does excellent work that he stands by because I see it everyday. I can also honestly say our patients feel like family. We're very blessed.

The entire staff is fantastic. Everyone makes an effort to get to know you and your family. They treat your care like a priority. Numerous times throughout the care process, I've been amazed at everyone's willingness to put just a little more care into your treatment (without even being asked). I trust them completely. I love going to the dentist! All staff members (administrative, hygienist, and dentist) are friendly. Odelia is our dental hygienist. After we moved over 40 miles away, we still make the drive to Gentle Dentistry in Spring Park because of her! The staff has the best possible care of my teeth in mind, and they care about me as a person. They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

Great staff! From the awesome front desk to the hygienists and dentist, I had a wonderful experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years but I felt respected and the staff were all friendly and informative without shaming me for my lack of dental care over the past few years.

Best dental experience ever! The name doesn't like they are gentle, they took something that is very stressful for me and made it enjoyable and a great time. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating, they thoroughly answer all questions even super silly ones. They treated me like family and made this experience a great one. If you're nervous at all to visit the dentist this is the place to go they are great!

Dr. Bill and his excellent staff welcome me warmly every time I go. I've finally gotten around to taking care of some old fillings as well as some cosmetic work on my top front teeth. I'm very, very pleased with the work so far. I highly recommend this place. You will be treated with kindness, honesty, and indeed, with "gentle" care!

I went to gentle dentistry in Spring Park recently for the first time, I was in a lot of pain and worried about my tooth! I can not say enough good things about Dr Schwartz, his wonderful assistant Abby, and Brenda at the front desk, I believe she could put anyone at ease (I have always been fearful of going to the dentist), you might actually forget you are even at the dentist!!
They took care of my toothache and saved my tooth, for which I can not thank them enough! They also adjusted my temporary tooth, so I did not aggravate it (i am clenched/grinder) while I am waiting for my permanent crown, this has helped my tooth recover faster than I have ever experienced!! I am very impressed with Gentle Dentistry, as the care I received was excellent!
