I will be honest. The dental chair has been one of my most un-favorite places to be. I actually think I even said at one time I’d rather give birth.
With that said I needed to share my experience with Spring Park Gentle Dentistry. From the moment I walked in the door all of my expectations were exceeded. Brenda at the front makes you feel welcome and let me know I was in excellent hands. My hygienist was very supportive, gentle, and painlessly effective. I have to say it had been an embarrassingly long time since my last visit and there was never a moment I was made to feel uncomfortable or judged. I needed a filling and I was scared. I truly hate needles. I have to say that Dr. Schwartz is by far the best. He is so gentle and courteous while working in your mouth. This is the first time ever that I can honestly say, my visit was indeed gentle and painless.

These guys know what they are doing and they live up their name because they are gentle whenever I need to have any cleaning or anything done.

I never thought I would say that going to the dentist is an enjoyable experience until I started coming here. Hands down the best overall experience I have ever had at a dentist! From the moment you walk in they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist!

Gentle Dentistry is the place to be! Dr. Schwartz is so knowledgeable and great at what he does. The whole team here is really energizing and welcoming! Keep up the good work! I am an employee here at Gentle Dentistry, and my insurance covers multiple different dentists. That being said I choose to have my dental work done by Dr. Schwartz and his team. :)

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. Reception and scheduling the cleaning was a breeze, all insurance info was taken care of and previous dental records were sent over. The cleaning was great and she was super friendly and conversational (as much as one can be in the situation). To top it off Dr. Schwartz was fantastic, he is extremely personable and thorough, provided answers to my questions and it never once seemed like I was being pushed along in the process to get to the next patient. Definitely coming back.

I have been a patient with Gentle Dentistry for many years. Considering I'm not a fan of dentists.....Dr. Schwartz and the staff are wonderful. It's (almost) a pleasure going to the dentist. Everyone is professional, yet fun and welcoming. I'm very happy they allow me to keep coming back!

The staff at Gentle Dentistry in Spring Park are the absolute best of the best. Let's be honest, going to the dentist isn't anyone's favorite thing to do. The whole team makes the entire process painless. Scheduling is a breeze (even in a pinch), insurance and payments are dead simple, and the hygienists are top notch who treat you like family. Dr. Bill is as good as it gets with his knowledge, experience and friendliness. Give them a try and you'll see why they live up to the name.

My kids and I have been to this clinic a few times and each time our experience has been great. The staff are super friendly and not only was Dr. S gentle and took his time with me , he was especially fantastic to my twins who are on the autism spectrum. We will definitely be going back!
