I got a crown through this location. First off, they dropped the crown right down the back of my throat and I couldn't help but swallow it. They ordered another one at no extra cost, obviously. Fast forward 3 years and my crown has now cracked. Aspen corporate policy is that crowns have a 5 year warranty, but Dr. Khan only honors a 1 year crown warranty. Avoid this location. Go to any other Aspen and make sure they honor warranties on any extensive treatment you may need.

Went in for a full dental examination and to obtain referral to for oral surgery. The x-ray technician was not particularly friendly and although she was thorough, the process was overall uncomfortable. The dental hygenist was quite friendly. The dentist was satistisfactory in his approach. At the end of my visit, I was taken to a room where desk/business management went over further care necessary and the cost. I felt she was rather pushy in some of her approach and displeased when I suggested a type of scheduling that would work better for me. After this visit I will be taking my business to the Grand Forks Aspen Dental, rather than to St. Cloud.

If I could, I would give this place a 0. Went in to have my tooth extracted. Went through the entire new patient exam along with the xrays. They did not even really address my tooth extraction that I NEEDED to have done. Dr. Kuhn came in and informed me that I needed to have dentures. I am 44 years old. He said I have maybe 5 years left on my teeth. They are very big on the whole money aspect in this office. Once the "office manager" came to get us to discuss payment, she said I could not have my tooth removed, which is why I came in. They didn't care that I was in pain more or less. She escorted us out. First time I have really ever been thrown out of a dentists office!!! I would never recommend these people to anyone. They don't do anything you come in for. They just want your money. I was even propositioned to buy an electric toothbrush when I got into the dentist chair.

I ended up going to a different dentist the next day to get my tooth removed, which he did with no problem.

Save yourself the money and don't go to Aspen Dental.

Staff is very helpful. If it seems rushed, in my opinion it's because when they have to do xrays, they are thinking about the comfort of their patients. They don't shame people. I love this place, I only wish I would have come here sooner. I can't wait for my new teeth. Thanks everyone at Aspen Dental.

The office is clean and looks awesome. Awesome staff. But they are expensive for treatment. They had a hygienist come in rattle off numbers then tell me that i have bone loss, when it didnt show in x-rays. I have to ask the dentist what teeth he was talking about because he was using dental lingo that non-dentist people wouldn't understand. Then had to wait in the exam room until the "office manager" had my estimate ready. The staff did try to sell me on toothbrushes and treatments. When I seen the amount they would charge me, I hesitated so the "office manager" salesperson jumped into trying sell me on a dental loan/financing. This is definitely a for profit establishment where money is more important. I rather suffer than go there again

After having problems with my dentures, not fitting right, popping out a lot, using a lot of adhesive.....I was ready to dump Aspen, but I decided to see if they'll make it right.

Erica at the front desk was so nice she made it seem like she knew me for ever. I never saw her before. I know they are told to be nice but Erica was really sincere and genuine. ( she was doing a lot at once..so the attention I got made a difference).

Ashley took me to a room very quickly asked some questions. She really listened to my complaints took notes and went to get someone to help me. She made every attempt to make me comfortable. Well done.

Zeb came in looked at Ashley's notes asked some questions and said he knew exactly how to fix the dentures. He took the plates and left room.

Zeb gone only a few minutes Ashley came back with a updates on Zeb progress very frequently while I waited. Upon their return the two apologized for the " long wait".....it really wasn't that long. Zeb explained to me what he did.. He did things that weren't done to plates before thinning the high uneven spot, bringing weight down etc... He was so patient and caring he actually told to me I wasn't to leave till I was happy with adjustment..

The plates felt great what a difference THEY FIT... THE BOTTOM STAY IN WITH OUT GLUE...although I'm still gonna use glue for comfort. After a week they still feel and fit GREAT..I canceled follow up appointment because there wasn't anything to correct..

These three people not only made it right but they saved Aspen from losing a customer....THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH...I'll be back!!!!!!!

I've been going to Aspen dental for a couple years now and I have to say every time I go I have a better experience. Today I went in for a new fitting and Ashley was absolutely amazing! I have anxiety and she helped manage it.

Everyone was really friendly! I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years and had severe tooth and gum pain. I was nervous I was going to get lectured, but they didn't at all. They were more about how to deal with the situation now and progressing forward than what I should have done and what I should do. Everyone was really helpful and understanding! Kayla was a great dental assistant and you could tell she loved her job by the way she took care of me. Thank you!

My nephew came to stay with me , he was suffering from a toothache . I called Aspen dental asked how much to remove the tooth . I was quoted on the phone $135.00. They gave me an appointment I showed up 20 minutes early and they informed since he was under 21 it would be $219.00 I felt it was a bait and switch yet getting the problem fixed I didn't care he had suffered long enough go ahead , Then they said his tooth was abscessed and he would required to take penicillin for 6 day's I understand you can't remove an abscessed tooth, Then they told me it would an other $265.00!
He took the penicillin and they pulled the tooth all went great he was in and out 20 minutes . So the bill went from $135 to $484.00 to pull a tooth.
Taking advantage of a child suffering to increase profit while probably legal doesn't seem right to me?
When I quote a price I keep my word.
I drove 30 miles to Aspen Dental each way
. I had a dentist in LItchfield ,MN. he hurt so bad I got dentures 9 yrs ago so I didn't have a dentist, His parents have M.A. and have missed so many appointment so there dentist refused to see him. So I paid cash for him. I could have walked away at any time I choose to stay he had suffered enough! BUYER BEWARE IS MY ADVICE
