I'm one of those people that does an extensive search and reads tons of reviews before I do anything. After doing my search and reading reviews I decided to go to Knollwood and I'm so glad I did!

My first visit was about a year ago. Went in for a checkup/cleaning and to get a filling over a chipped tooth replaced because of discoloration (it's a tooth near the front of my mouth so it's very noticeable). They were able to address all my problems in the same day, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. The chipped tooth is no longer super noticeable, even a year later the new filling has held up really well. Kelly went through all the steps to get both of my dental insurances through and made sure everything was correct.

I just had my second visit yesterday (I skipped my 6-month, feel free to judge) and this visit just confirmed how great this place is. I went in for a standard checkup/cleaning and ended up needing a filling and an onlay. Once again they were able to get everything done in one day. Literally everyone I interacted with was SO nice, from the front desk ladies to the super sweet lady that did my final x-ray, and everyone else in-between. The filling and onlay look great and didn't take nearly as long as I expected.

Kelly was amazing (again) and helped me get all set up with the payment plan since this particular visit cost more than I had anticipated (no longer have two dental insurances, and wasn't expecting to need more than a filling or two).

Before this I had gone to Park Dental who not only messed up the filling on my chipped tooth (somehow the filling was the wrong color and went halfway up my tooth so my tooth was literally two different colors) they also tried charging me $400 because they set up my dental insurances wrong. How could I have two dental insurances and still end up paying $400 out of pocket for a filling or two? No way. They ended up finally fixing the issue so I didn't have to pay the $400, but not before they threatened to send it to collections (I paid $100 at the time of the appointment and was never told about the $400 until it was almost too late). So if you're also considering Park Dental, I would HIGHLY recommend Knollwood over them.

At first I was skeptical about the reviews from this place but after coming in on the $59 special for new patients I’ve discovered a great office with wonderful staff. I was impressed with the flow of the appointment. It is a little different than your traditional run in at the dental office (but in a good way). You get to meet the entire team alongside a tour of the office. This place may have had some tough times in the past but I would not be able to tell if I never read the reviews online (which by the way are from the previous team that is no longer working there). Overall I believe that the change of flow may intimidate people but all my concerns were addressed. Plus! I was very well educated on my oral health needs. I look forward to revisiting with my family in the future. Kudos to the Knollwood team.

Definitely recommend going to Knollwood Dentistry! They were able to fit me in last minute for an exam and fitting for a night guard. I was already nervous because I was having some sensitivity issues and I haven't been to this dentist before. The front office gals are very welcoming and thorough of breaking down my insurance and explaining the costs to me. Dr. Lund, the DAs, and the hygienist were very sweet and explained every step of the process. Everyone was genuine, made me laugh, and relieved my anxiety.

As a new customer I was very impressed with the overall friendliness of the office and how warm they were to a new client. I got an office tour and had great conversations with the staff. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist

Basically just a money factory. They tell you everything is wrong with your teeth so they can sell you a bunch of procedures that you don't need that aren't covered by your insurance.... Because you don't need them. My best friend is a dentist in different state and I called him to see if I needed what they were selling me and he confirmed what I thought.

Sealant is for kids or a tooth that may be starting signs of a cavity, not a blanket application of most of the teeth in your mouth.

That is one of the two procedures they tried to push on my girlfriend and I for a combined $1200. We have great insurance. Find an honest dentist that works for himself, not an out of town factory.

Only gave it one star for its friendly staff otherwise I would not recommend coming here. I went for a check up and they told me I had three cavities (I have only had one cavity in my entire life). Then I had bite issues afterwards (which can be common after fillings). I went to a different dentist. He fixed everything and said the cavity filling weren’t done properly and it’s possible I didn’t even need the fillings in the first place!!!! Watch out for corporation dentistries like this! They will do unnecessary procedures to increase spending! Happens more often than you think! My new dentists said he has MANY cases like this!

my wife and son went here. Wife told she needed two crowns, went somewhere else and they said no crowns were needed. Son was home for college, we made an appointment for a cleaning. He was told he had gum disease and gave a treatment but never had his teeth cleaned. Tried to sell flouride treatment, not covered by our insurance. Be wary of this place. They'll find something to charge you for..

Dr. Klabunde was great! All the staff were nice!

I’m normally very nervous about going to the dentist but this visit was effortless. They made me so comfortable, walked me through all my options, and were extremely patient as I tried to juggle my whole families schedules to get the appointments I needed set up.
