My wife and family (4 members) came to this clinic because our insurance changed and could not have had a worse experience. Our cleanings were less than half an hour. The service was horrible. And they tried to upsell us on things we did not need. The second time (we wanted to give them a second chance) went no better. We have since moved on. Do not go here.

All the staff are amazing! I have had to reschedule many times and they totally understood. Most of all, Dr. Vincent genuinely cares about you and will reassure you about your treatment concerns. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed from the moment you walk in the door! My teeth are in great hands!

I want to Thank everyone at Knollwood Dentistry. I work at a Day Program for adults with special needs. I run a sewing class that is 11 years strong allowing everyone regardless of abilities to be able to make a difference in someone elses life. Knollwood Dentistry has donated 30 children toothbrush, toothpaste, floss kits for us to put in the hygiene bags we are making to donate to Afghanistan refugees. Your donation is greatly appreciated.

I recently went in there as a new customer as one of my fillings fell out and was having pain in my upper tooth right above. I received two temp crowns and was scheduled for a double root canal and crown service in under a week. I received the procedure yesterday, and my mouth feels 100% better. Very nice staff and educated Doctors/Dentists.

I love Knollwood Dentistry! I initially started going here because I could NEVER get an appointment with my prior dentist, and when I did go into their office they would always try to sell me expensive procedures that I didn't need and couldn't afford on a student budget. I have had the best experience with Knollwood Dentistry and have made them my primary dentist! Dr. Vincent is wonderful -- he is super friendly and does a great job, as does the rest of the support team. The prices are also very reasonable and they always tell you how much it will cost before you begin a procedure. It's also super easy to schedule an appointment -- no waiting on hold until someone has time to schedule you; you can do it yourself online for appointments in the near future.

I love this place! I’ve gotten two crowns and a filling there so far and have had a great experience every time I’ve come in. They are extremely transparent about costs and will always run your insurance ahead of time to see what will be covered. The office staff are also extremely organized and will call you to make sure everything is worked out before you come in for your appointment. One of the doctors even upgraded me to a more costly crown at the price of the cheaper one which was super nice. Highly recommend this place.

Great place to get your teeth cleaned. Amy, Tarah and Doc Vincent were considerate, knowledgable, and made my experience enjoyable even though I hadn't been to the dentist for two years. They got me in super quick too! Highly recommend if you are looking for a general dentist or wanting a better experience.

Recently moved to the area and received a $59 coupon in the mail for a cleaning and x-rays. I have a pretty basic dental insurance plan from work and they checked to see if using my insurance would have been cheaper, but in the end it wasn't due to my deductible, so I just asked to pay the $59 out of pocket.
I did pay the $59 to them at the office. However, they turned around and also billed my insurance company $1,100 for the cleaning and x-rays. Yes, over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS for a cleaning and x-rays. My insurance company denied most of the claim because it was just outrageous. Then Knollwood tried to send me to collections to collect on the rest.
This is a very shady and dishonest place that I would not recommend.

I decided to try a new dentist as the last one I had been going to for years did major work on my moms teeth incorrectly. I won’t lie I was a little hesitant picking this place but I must say my experience made me want to write this review.
The head dentist came out (believe it was Dr.Lund) and introduced himself to me (wow!) and offered to give me a tour. He was very friendly and showed me how they were not just a business but family like. I did a preventive dental health check and needed some fillings done. He said he could take care of it same day and got me all fixed up (very quickly I may add) After I had my fillings fixed the hygienist came in and really worked hard to clean my perm retainer on my lower teeth. Last place I went to would give up on the gums where they couldn’t get floss through (on retainer). Overall very happy experience and I will be coming back. I wish I could have thanked Mr.Lund for his work. Thank you again Knollwood Dental!!!
