I had my first visit at Knollwood Dentistry today! The entire experience was just phenomenal! I had to wait less than five minutes to be taken back for my appointment, got a quick tour of the facility and was asked if I had any specific concerns or questions before we started. Holly, the dental assistant did an amazing job - I have never in my life had such thorough xrays and care at a dental office. My dentist, Bradley Beauchene, was just as good. He was so kind and helpful the entire visit. He answered every question I had with great detail and made sure that I understood my care plan, etc. I am so impressed with the family-like approach Knollwood Dentistry has for their patients. I seriously felt like I was valued as a person, not just as a dollar sign. It's hard to find medical offices that still offer a "personal touch". I am happy to have found Dr. Beauchene and staff!

My experience at Knollwood Dentistry is quite literally the best I ever had. (Drake voice). The staff was very friendly and professional as they helped to fit me in when my delayed flight caused me to be late for my appointment. They even stayed late to finish my procedure! The facility is very clean and comfortable. I am sort of the/a Wiz about tech and electronics so I was curious to see what they were working with here and I was blown away, as the equipment they have is truly state-of-the-art! I have a high degree of dental knowledge that rivals some practicing dentists, and I can say that my dentist, Dr. Lund, did nothing that was unnecessary and did a great job of explaining my procedure. The cap I received was flawless. I will definitely be sending my whole family here!

The BEST dentist in Minnesota. Very professional & caring. Made the experience easy-going & helped me be less fearful of the entire process. All financial related matters were handled exceptionally by the staff. I will NEVER go to any other dentist. Highly recommend!

I have been a long time customer of knollwood dentistry. I took a break due to the pandemic. Upon returning I made an early morning appt because that is the only time that works due to childcare struggles. They called me 2 days before my appt to cancel it since that is only reserved for new customers. I explained my childcare issue and the receptionist said there is nothing they can do because that must be available for new clients only. I find it very sad that a loyal customer is treated this way. I let her know I would need to look elsewhere and she said "okay have a nice day." Unfortunately they now have lost my business, my husband's and I will not be recommending them to other friends that live in the area.

Went there twice. Once for a cleaning and once for a filling.
For my cleaning they told me all these procedures “needed” and pressured me into getting them. The bill would have been $900 out of pocket (even with my insurance) which I wasn’t prepared to spend. They made me feel bad about not getting the other procedures and said “we’ll have to talk to the doctor to see if he is ok going forward with the cleaning. He could get in trouble since you’re turning down his recommendations” at that point I didn’t care because I knew there was no way I was about to drop $900 so if he refused to see me I was just going to book an appointment somewhere else. He agreed to move forward with the cleaning.
I did agree to get two fillings that they recommended. When I went in the room for 1.5 hours before the doctor even showed up. I was so frustrated.
7 months later I went to a new dentist office and they said “I have no idea why knowllwood recommended all those procedures. You don’t need that.” On top of that they said they’re going to have to redo the two fillings that I got at knollwood dentistry 7 months ago!!! So not only did I spend $200 at knollwood to get them done, I’m going to have to spend $200 more to fix them. I’m so mad. Bottom line, don’t go here.

When I first needed a crown placed, they were very kind and recommended that I upgrade the type of crown placed which included a five year warranty. My crown broke 3 years later and I called to make an appointment to have this fixed. I was off put by my conversation with the receptionist and had to talk to the clinic more than once about having this fixed under the warranty. The clinic then reached out to me the next day and was able to get me in the same day to fix my crown under the warranty.

Only giving them 2 stars because the staff was very kind. I was looking for a dentist closer to where I am currently living, and ended up driving the 45 minutes after my visit here to see them because of my experience. I was basically told that my teeth are on the cusp of being considered severe so i needed special treatments due to them being so bad. I was also quoted a $150 consultation fee just for me to sit with someone for them to tell me the cost of getting something repaired. When I arrived at my regular dentist, she told me that my teeth were very healthy and no where near being considered severe. Also, this place could not figure out my insurance despite having my card so they took dental xrays before even knowing if it would be covered and did not tell me that. When my dentist called to get xrays, they told her they never took any. I spent an hour and a half sitting in a chair just for them to give me a $700 bill for a teeth cleaning. Yes, this was AFTER insurance was applied. I will never go back and i will never recommend this place to anyone.

I got a crown here a couple of years ago, and it has fell out twice since then, which I know is not normal. I feel like the drilled off more tooth than they were supposed to because there’s hardly anything for the crown to hold on to. They also tried to tell me I needed three additional crowns after that, I went to another dentist that was recommended to me and they said i just needed one and the others were fine. Some have claimed they’re a money drain and I would have to agree.
