I was forced to reschedule because of family issues and when I called in I got nothing but passive aggressive attitude from one of the employees. When I tried explaining my situation she interrupted me saying “Don’t worry we took you off the schedule entirely” again in a very passive aggressive tone. I have been to this dentist office before and had great service but this time when trying to reschedule because of family issues, the attitude was a little much.

I received a cleaning from Dr. Mendes (Sr.) a couple weeks ago, and I was very pleased with how quickly and expertly he cleaned my teeth. His confident and gentle demeanor was reassuring during what is usually a relatively stress-inducing experience for me. I highly recommend.

A friendly office very willing to answer all my questions patiently and helping me understand what was going on with my teeth. I was impressed with how up-to-date in modern dental practices and techniques they were. The ability to make a crown in house was very efficient and cut down on chair time for me. Not that they are not nice people, but I would just soon stay out of the dental chair.😉

Great staff and great doctors. Both Charles and Paul Mendez were very professional and informative. Had a root canal done and was in and out before I knew it. During the procedure, Dr. Mendez informed me of what he was doing as he was doing it. I was in no pain at all once the novacaine kicked in. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Worst dental experience EVER! I've lived in 4 major cities in addition to the Twin Cities, so I've used a range of dentists. Needed to have 4 teeth extracted and Mendes Sr. shamed me throughout the entire procedure in front of his son/dentist and staff saying things like "this is the worst I've ever seen." After procedure, I was abruptly left sitting in the dental chair when a hygienist came by and asked, "What are you waiting for?" The receptionist took TWO phone calls as I stood in front of her waiting for my pain prescription. Rude. Unprofessional. Uncompassionate. DO NOT GO HERE!

There us no way were are talking about the same place Unless as I suspected they are discriminatory against patients with MA ( medical assistance) Everyone especially the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude everytime i call or go in. Doctor menendez himself the older one actually hung up on me I'm in severe pain and trying to get a tooth pulled and he keeps only trying to prescribe me only tramadol which im allergic to. I still have a week before my extraction I am im severe pain and cant get help

Mendes Dental Clinic is an excellent practice. Dr. Charles Mendes and Dr. Paul Mendes are very experienced and pleasant, as are the hygienists. The office administrators are professional, helpful and friendly.
